Beach house holiday rentals in Hampton Bays

We stayed with a large group of friends and were pleased with how close to the water we were, restaurants were in walking distance, and the kayaks were a plus!

We had a great stay! Incredible one-of-a-kind view over the marsh. We saw so many different beautiful sea birds and an incredible sunset. Very short walk from the beach. Great place to stay with young kids. Well stocked kitchen with supplies and basic seasonings. Would return! Very cozy great family getaway! There are extensive requirements for clean up upon check out.

We had a great stay. The weather didn’t cooperate but we were close to plenty of other fun activities and locations. We had everything we needed, the space was clean, the deck/yard and water were beautiful. The nearby beach looked incredible as well. Hope to come back and get better weather to enjoy the beach!

Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

Victor and Kim were gracious and amazing hosts. I was celebrating my birthday and they even had a card, a bottle of champagne, red wine and fruit. It was such a wonderful surprise! The house was so beautiful and the beach is just outside! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need to cook for a family; there was a convection oven! We loved using the grill as it was memorial day. Bathrooms had rain showers. Beds were so comfortable and it was truly wonderful to wake up to a beautiful sunrise and to just listen to the waves from the deck or even the living room. We spent a lot of time outside, on the beach. It was home away from home.

I will be returning.

The cottage was great! Great host who checked in to see how we were doing! Only thing with people with dogs; the steps to the backyard were pretty steep and hard for them to get up and down. We ended up just bringing them through the gate from the backyard to get back in the house. But other than that it’s a great place!

If I could describe the stay in one word I’ll just say it was outstanding. The place was well put together and very organized and detailed with a lot of thought put into every little thing which I loved. I will definitely recommend and I’ll definitely be staying again. 10/10

We had a great weekend in Mattituck! The house is in a great location close to the vineyards and we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful backyard. It was a quiet and a peaceful escape from the city. Fabio was also a kind and informative host.

Windows on the sea is a very special airbnb! It is perfect for a multigenerational family to enjoy the beach. It would also be perfect for a group of friends that want a low key beach vacation. This is a great house, perfectly organized perfectly positioned close the beach. The kitchen has everything you would need to make be a creative cook and the house has everything you need to enjoy the island and the beach. The beds are very comfortable. Every detail is thought out. The aesthetic is both colorful and relaxing. Anthony was always available to answer questions. We even accidentally popped out a screen door on the porch and he had it replaced with an hour late Saturday afternoon. Anthony and his wife really created a wonderful home that we fully enjoyed. I love their house and look forward to staying there on another fire island trip;

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House. The view of Napeague Harbor is gorgeous and the sunsets are just next level spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the furnishings are very comfortable. The location is great halfway between Amagansett and Montaik. We have rented so many homes over the years, but Rod’s house is by far in the most gorgeous setting. We cannot wait to return.

Anne Marie’s cottage was exactly as described right along w/the peaceful surroundings, lovely views of the water and close proximity to beach and town. She gave us recommendations for local gems, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We will certainly try to get back again. Cheers to the host 🥂

Perfect vacation spot for a couple. Well sized kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room with a big outdoor patio overlooking the bay. Well stocked with gear for the beach and water activities. Brian was extremely helpful and ensured that we had a great stay. Good central location. I hope to come back soon!

The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

Our family had a great time staying at Dawn’s place. The house was beautiful, very clean and well equipped for family with young children. Location is a quick drive to town so convenient if you have a car. Dawn was proactively checking in and super responsive to all our requests and we felt very well taken care of. Will definitely stay here again if we come back!
