Great stay in Hanoi, would definitely recommend! Less than a 10 min car ride to Old Quarter. Secure and private. Inside was clean and felt very comfortable 🥰 Hosts were responsive, were present during check in and booked transfers and gave helpful lists of local places to visit. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Location was nice, felt safe in the neighborhood. Fits 7 comfortably with bathrooms on each floor. I would book it again!

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Tuan is a great host and always helped us out when we needed. The house was tidy and the beds were comfy. Please note that there are lots of stairs to the top bedrooms. Not the most beautiful setting (up an alleyway) but everything was safe and secure in a decent location.

Lovely stay here at Veque! Apartment was clean and matched the description. Lan, our host did a phenomenal job at easing us into our accommodation. She was always prompt in her replies and would go above and beyond in ensuring our stay was comfortable and our needs/requests were met. She also allowed us to store our luggage in the building after check out as well. Exceptionally pleasant place to stay, would recommend!

We had recently been to this place. Trang and Linh both we responding promptly to my queries. They helped a lot. Location of the property is very easy to find and very easily accessible. It is very near to the famous Train Street. Thank you Trang and Linh and keep up the good work.

Hôte très accueillant, l’endroit est chaleureux et situé autour de différentes ambassade donc les alentours sont très sécurisés, tôt le matin vous pouvez manger un Phố juste à côté du logement mais également un bon cafe, plein de commerce à proximité tel que coiffeur, restauration très qualitatif. Le lac Hoan Kiểm se situe à 15min à pied. Très agréable pour les balades. Merci pour votre accueil et à bientôt ! Mr Deleplace

We had the most amazing stay here! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had amazing views of the old quarter. We loved the giant kitchen, the huge TV, jacuzzi, and decor. Hoa took amazing care of us and even kindly did laundry for us. She was so sweet and responsive. Hopefully we will be back! THANK YOU!!!!

Жилье очень чистое и приятное. Недалеко озеро в 10 минутах ходьбы и в 3 минутах опера. Кровать удобная. Интернет быстрый и стабильный. Кондиционер работает хорошо. Py очень внимательный и всегда интересовался все ли хороши и чем еще можно мне помочь. Есть мелкие вещи для удобства проживания, такие как нитка и иголка, столовые приборы, зонт. Холодильник и чайник есть. Немного неудобно что душ рядом с унитазом без шторки. Но я к этому приспособился. Насекомых замечено не было.

Ma questo nn dipende da Phong, il quale è sempre stato disponibile e anche pronto nel suggerirci luoghi e ristoranti. Casa splendida fresca e confortevole super consigliata.

The apartment location in Tay Ho area is really good because you have lots of restaurants around, supermarkets…. The apartment was nice and clean. Linh (the host) was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay there.

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

This is a gorgeous little place, very cozy, in a perfect location. The building is nice, in a location that is still quiet while being only a minute or two from the lake, from restaurants, coffee shops, nice bars, everything! Its a quaint place with good AC, ample space for working and relaxing, with a washing machine as a nice bonus, and all the plants and garden really make it feel like home. Communication was great - Thuy is very helpful and proactive in sharing information and being responsive. Be aware of some noise in the building, but then again you're not going to find a place in Hanoi that doesn't have noise! Would definitely come again.
