Favorite stay in Nimman area and a great place to stay, close to the restaurants, cafes. malls and a short drive to the mountains. Excellent apartment.

Nice compact apartment with all the basics. The TV and workstation are great. The area is loud in general, but that's the trade for if you want to be so close to Nimman and MAYA.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. P's randomly booked B&B while waiting for a flight, many exceeded expectations, full facilities, pool gym, downstairs is a 711 convenience store, it is too convenient to buy and buy, Tina has shared a lot of recommendations for eating, drinking, and going to stay again next time!

A lovely private stay. Comfortable and had everything you needed. Host is very responsive and helpful. Lots of nature around and friendly quiet neighbours. Near an elephant sanctuary which was nice to see. Easy location and easy parking.

Prisana's is a great host, helpful and communicated very quickly when we had a query. The house is beautiful as is the outside space. Once you have accustomed yourself to the surrounding area it's a joy to live in such a wonderful place, full of everything you could want or need. To reach the city and all that has to offer is easy using local taxi's from an app such as 'Grab'. If you had any questions or need advise Prisana answers your questions very quickly, she also sends messages with local activities / festivals etc that are taking place. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and can't wait to return again myself, thank you so much Prisana, you have a wonderful property in a wonderful location.

The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels as warm as home. Fully equipped. There is a small kitchen. Everything is available. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

Za is one of the most helpful host ever!! She introduced a lot of local activities and spots to visit, and also helped us to rent a car.

The overall place is very comfortable and as clean as new. The furnishings and supplies have no strange odors. It’s very close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive to the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the living environment is quite pleasant. The air conditioning is sufficient. The only downside is that the shower head has low water pressure, which may require a bit more time. When issues arose, the landlord responded quickly. They were able to resolve household problems on the same day, and I am very grateful for their service.

Parking at the mall nearby, only couple minutes walk and 100฿ fee. The owner is very responsive and fast reply. She recommended us where to park, always pick up the phone and reply the message. The location is also great, heart of Nimman, nearby many shops, restaurant and spa. We book a room for 6 people and got the whole building. Master bedroom on 2nd floor has 1 queen bed and bunkbed, perfect for family. 3rd floor has 1 queen bed room and 1 twin bed room. And we got the whole of 3 rooms! And it was very worth the price!

The place was just what we needed to end our trip in Chiang Mai. It was clean and looked like the pictures and was within a reasonable walking distance to places we wanted to go too.

Lovely and cosy nook near Maya, Santitham and Nimman area if you like to stroll. The apartment looks and feels better than the pictures. I would definitely come back, thank you!

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

I had a great stay! Noey was a fantastic host very helpful during the booking process and answered all my questions clearly and promptly. The check-in process was easy and smooth. The condo was exactly as advertised and perfectly located in the vibrant heart of Nimman. Despite being near the airport, noise was never an issue, even for someone who's typically sensitive to sound while sleeping. I had concerns about bed firmness (knowing Asian preferences tend toward firmer mattresses), but Noey thoughtfully provided a mattress topper that made sleeping very comfortable. It's these personal touches that really set great hosts apart. The condo is well-maintained, and the weekly cleaning service during my stay was greatly appreciated. Very well-organized Airbnb, easy check in, everything perfectly clean and well-maintained. I asked for an air filter and Tatum provided kindly one, plus free water! I like this condo, it's got real character and is in a great location between the modern area and the old center. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is big and nice ~ Please note that there are some ants coming out.. When using the pool, it is necessary to call staff, and there is an additional cost for the gym ~ Other than that, the bed is fluffy and nice.
