The house is very big and luxurious, the host was warm and kind, the response was very timely, solving various problems, and also helped us introduce a rental car for a day trip to Chiang Rai.We stayed for three days and were happy that the location was a little off, perfect if we had a car.

atmospheric, stylish, private. One of the best houses you can find in Chiang Mama, if possible, would be happy to extend for a month. the only thing that caused confusion was the presence of fake books on the shelves. It is worth saying that we met them in all the houses of Chiang Mai, where we stayed. but it's even funny, I've never seen this in my life:)

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa for our New Year celebration. The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommended for group gatherings or special occasions!

The landlord is really very nice, the car is also very convenient, the house is very clean, very cozy, the location is also very good, the location is also very close to everywhere, it is also very close to the airport, suitable for short and long stays are very good, I don't want to leave, I will definitely go again next time.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

Napat’s place is very stylish and detailed. This is very nice place to stay in Nimman area. Walkable to many nice Cafes and Restaurants 🫶🏻

Apart from the fitness room whose amenities are out of order, the house is large, well-equipped, well maintained, it was a pleasure to stay there.

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

Comfortable hotel in an amazing location. Right next to a weed bar with a pool where you can ask to DJ your own music. Very friendly and responsive staff. Only thing to note is that you end up with a room on the second floor you’ll hear the music from next door until midnight. Staff warned us about this during check-in and it was no problem for us, but definitely aim for a first floor room if you’re not there to party.

It was the accommodation I chose for a family trip, and it was the perfect place for my family to stay. It was the best accommodation where both parents and young children were satisfied, and in particular, the host Fatimma and her staff were very kind and responded perfectly, so I think it will be a great memory. If you're thinking about this place, I hope you choose it ~

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Our family of 7 had a fabulous stay in Craig’s home. Daisy Land is impeccably clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. Two of the rooms have their own, separate entrance which worked for us. The pool area and game area were a huge bonus for our children and the housekeeper, Nung Dao, was so kind and helpful. Our driver, Kai, was great and very helpful. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Quiet, private, excellent neighborhood with great coffee shops, restaurants, laundromat, 7-11, grocery store, nail salons- all within walking distance. The hosts were so lovely, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place was cleaned every morning by 1 or 2 lovely staff who also brought breakfast. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon heat and kept the kids entertained, plus a beautiful lounge area around the pool for relaxing. The location is not far from the old city either- less than 10 min red truck ride to the Tha Phae Gate. Thank you Kat and Bobby for these wonderful accommodations.

This property was an oasis within Chiang Mai. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The pool was great for relaxing and cooling off in after a day of touring around the city.

Huge villa for group, a little bit out of central but easily manage with taxi/grab. perfềct location for our group getaway weekend

The environment is very green, the place is large and quiet, a good place to rest, the owner and housekeeper are very friendly, there is a cleaning lady who comes to clean every day, it feels like home.

We had a lovely time in this neighborhood of Chiang Mai! easily accessible in Grab, in the center but not too much and with a nice street life. A nice place nearby for delicious breakfasts. the accommodation was well organized clean, and upon arrival, water and small snacks were offered to us! Really, I recommend it!

It is made of teak wood, so there are no bugs and all conditions are good.

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

I had a pleasure of staying at this incredible villa. The villa itself was an oasis of comfort and luxury. The spaciousness and the beautifully manicured garden of the villa allowed us to feel relaxed and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fabulous private pool!!! The water is clear and pristine, not only the pool was impeccably maintained, but the addition of floaty and pool ball provided was a delightful surprise! The host was very responsive and helpful. When we reached out for additional blanket, they responded promptly and arranged speedy delivery to our villa. The location of the villa was a bit difficult to find, yet the host gave us immediate and easy-to-follow instructions upon our enquiry. Despite a few minor issues such as many insects and some noise from the construction right next to the villa, the villa's combination of luxury amenities, pool facilities and beautiful greenery make it an outstanding holiday destination!
