The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Cottage close to nature – just 100 meters from the lake!

Cozy little cabin in simpler standard with lake view – only about 100 meters to the small boat jetty with swimming opportunities in the lake 'Orlången'. The cottage has two patios and free parking space for two cars. About 22 minutes by car from central Stockholm, you will find Vidja, which offers a hard-to-beat calm with birdsong, swimming lakes and nature reserves around the area. Note: Road conversions are in progress throughout the nearby area. Construction traffic may occur during daytime Monday-Friday (7:00 am - 4:00 pm)

Find peace and meet the adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house breathes love to nature and is set on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago that mostly consists of nature reserves. There are no cars or noises here but only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood oven, wood-fired sauna, barbecue, turntable, craft workshop, 2 Sea kayaks (K1) and 4 Bikes (Everything is included in the rental).

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves. 4WD car is recommended.

Weekend house on Utö

Small nice house for a weekend on lovely Utö in the southern Stockholm archipelago. The house is close to the sea. Here you can take running laps or walks in wide forests and over undeveloped fields, kayak, bike and visit cozy restaurants in the local community ("Gruvbyn"). The house is a guest house on a plot where another house is located, where the host family can stay.

The apartment is located in a villa, 10 min walk to Nynäshamn's C, 10 min walk to the commuter train to Stockholm and 10-15 min walk to the beach and the ferries. Here you can stay and enjoy the summer with swimming in the sea. Take the opportunity to discover Nynäshamn on your way to Gotland, Gotska Sandön, Poland and Latvia. Time for check-in after agreement.
