In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and fantastic nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want to be quiet and stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are available on Utö. A map is located in the house. The "community" of Gruvan is about 4 km away where most restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga brygga. To consider. A trip only goes to the Mine.

Skärgårdsstugan

Skärgårdsstugan med havsutsikt, egen badplats,brygga,altan,grillplats.Trappor ner. Boendet är i vår gäststuga med WC o dusch,stor altan och nära skog och fiske. Läget är lugnt med skogspromenader runt knuten. Fyra personer bor i stugan och två personer bor i ett annex. I annexet WC o pentry, får fyrfota vän bo, men endast där, med allergi- hänsyn till andra gäster. På kvällarna kan man ”mysa” framför braskaminen. Wifi finns. Ej TV. Njut med fördel av solnedgångar över vattnet från altanerna!

Två dubbelkajaker och 2 heldämpad MTB finns att hyra till förmånligt boendepris. Lakan, handdukar och parkering ingår. Perfekt utgångsläge för att utforska lokala sevärdheter och stadens puls. Direktanslutning med pendeltåg till Arlanda via Stockholm Central gör din resa smidig och bekväm. Välkomna att uppleva det bästa av vårt område!

Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and meet the adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house breathes love to nature and is set on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago that mostly consists of nature reserves. There are no cars or noises here but only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood oven, wood-fired sauna, 2 Sea kayaks (K1) and 4 Bikes (Everything is included in the rental).

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Dalarö, Stockholm Archipelago. Calm and beautiful.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Lillgården, Rural idyll with the primeval forest right around the corner

Just 20 km from the million-plus city of Stockholm, you can live and experience a centuries-old rural idyll with a farm and free-range animals. Here is also the entrance to the National Park with unique nature and very old forest, silence and glittering forest lakes. Here you will live comfortably in one of the historic buildings from the early 1700s, with kitchen and bathroom. Here you can stay if you intend to visit Tyresta village and/or the national park and nature reserve.

Cottage close to nature – just 100 meters from the lake!

Mysig liten stuga i enklare standard med sjöutsikt – endast ca 100 meter till småbåtsbrygga med badmöjlighet i sjön ’Orlången’. Stugan har två uteplatser och fri parkeringsplats för två bilar. Cirka 22 minuter med bil från centrala Stockholm finner du Vidja som erbjuder ett svårslaget lugn med fågelkvitter, badsjöar och naturreservat runt knuten. OBS! Ombyggnationer av vägar pågår i hela närområdet. Byggtrafik kan förekomma under dagtid måndag–fredag (07.00-16.00)

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.

Weekend house on Utö

Small nice house for a weekend on lovely Utö in the southern Stockholm archipelago. The house is close to the sea. Here you can take running laps or walks in wide forests and over undeveloped fields, kayak, bike and visit cozy restaurants in the local community ("Gruvbyn"). The house is a guest house on a plot where another house is located, where the host family can stay.

Pamper yourself in our paradise! The comfortable cottage has a secluded location on part of our large plot in the middle of central Dalarö. Close to everything while you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden. Rocky swimming or sandy beach? Both can be found a few hundred meters from the cottage. If you want to take a bike ride, you can borrow free bikes from us.
