This unique, amazing house is built in the 18th century but has been renovated extensively over the years where old charm meets new. The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Viggen

Viggen Red nice cottage of 40 sqm with 6 beds. Viggen has 3 bedrooms with TV beds in each room (bunk beds). Living room with TV. Kitchen with hot and cold water, stove, oven, fridge and freezer compartment. Patio with barbecue grill. Shower and toilet 10 m from the cottage in the service house. Located at Edesnäs farm. Next door to the nice summer restaurant Bykrogen. - Dogs are okay - Sheets available to rent, SEK 125/person - Departure cleaning possible for SEK 500 - 500 meters to swimming - 700 meters to Spränga jetty - 3.5 km to Gruvbryggan

Skärgårdsstugan

Skärgårdsstugan med havsutsikt, egen badplats,brygga,altan,grillplats.Trappor ner. Boendet är i vår gäststuga med WC o dusch,stor altan och nära skog och fiske. Läget är lugnt med skogspromenader runt knuten. Fyra personer bor i stugan och två personer bor i ett annex. I annexet WC o pentry, får fyrfota vän bo, men endast där, med allergi- hänsyn till andra gäster. På kvällarna kan man ”mysa” framför braskaminen. Wifi finns. Ej TV. Njut med fördel av solnedgångar över vattnet från altanerna!

Välkommen till underbara Gladö kvarn! Njut av närheten till naturen med flera sjöar, badmöjligheter och vackra promenadstråk - perfekt för vandring och MTB. Två dubbelkajaker och 2 heldämpad MTB finns att hyra till förmånligt boendepris. Lakan, handdukar och parkering ingår. Perfekt utgångsläge för att utforska lokala sevärdheter och stadens puls. Direktanslutning med pendeltåg till Arlanda via Stockholm Central gör din resa smidig och bekväm. Välkomna att uppleva det bästa av vårt område!

Hallontorpet

Mitt på Utö med gångavstånd till stränder och fantastisk natur ligger denna lilla pärla. Perfekt för den som vill ha det lugnt och bo mitt i naturen. Huset är perfekt för två personer men funkar med tex 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Bara några minuters promenad till havet. Flera utmärkta vandringsleder finns på Utö. En karta finns i huset. En bra liten restaurang finns inom gångavstånd. "Samhället" Gruvan är ca 4km bort där flertalet restauranger, matbutik m.m. finns. Kliv av båten vid Spränga brygga.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Dalarö, Stockholm Archipelago. Calm and beautiful.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Lillgården, Rural idyll with the primeval forest right around the corner

Just 20 km from the million-plus city of Stockholm, you can live and experience a centuries-old rural idyll with a farm and free-range animals. Here is also the entrance to the National Park with unique nature and very old forest, silence and glittering forest lakes. Here you will live comfortably in one of the historic buildings from the early 1700s, with kitchen and bathroom. Here you can stay if you intend to visit Tyresta village and/or the national park and nature reserve.

Cottage close to nature – just 100 meters from the lake!

Mysig liten stuga i enklare standard med sjöutsikt – endast ca 100 meter till småbåtsbrygga med badmöjlighet i sjön ’Orlången’. Stugan har två uteplatser och fri parkeringsplats för två bilar. Cirka 22 minuter med bil från centrala Stockholm finner du Vidja som erbjuder ett svårslaget lugn med fågelkvitter, badsjöar och naturreservat runt knuten. OBS! Ombyggnationer av vägar pågår i hela närområdet. Byggtrafik kan förekomma under dagtid måndag–fredag (07.00-16.00)

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Ladda själen med en ved bastu och mysstund framför den vedeldade kaminen. Nära till tre olika sandstränder, minigolf, 5-7 min. till ute gym, skatepark, 7min, till flera restauranger, bageri, lanthandel och ICA. uteplats med grill Handdukar lakan finns. Tillgång till porslin, samt cyklar 3 vuxna , dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa. Kaffe/te och kryddor ingår. Hammock. Hund som är kopplad tillåts, samt katt.

Small house with sauna and a breathtaking view

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.

Weekend house on Utö

Small nice house for a weekend on lovely Utö in the southern Stockholm archipelago. The house is close to the sea. Here you can take running laps or walks in wide forests and over undeveloped fields, kayak, bike and visit cozy restaurants in the local community ("Gruvbyn"). The house is a guest house on a plot where another house is located, where the host family can stay.
