Beachfront holiday rental in Haninge Municipality

A great house surrounded by nature, right on the water, ideal for family holidays with children. The property offers diverse play opportunities (slide, football goal, a small "sandy beach" and and and). For activities on the water, Mattias provided us with boat, canoe, sup, etc. Separately, we rented a motorboat from him, with which we could make excursions in the surroundings of the archipelago. The house is very well equipped, the large covered terrace is a real highlight. Mattias is a great host who already provided us with a lot of information in advance and also greeted us personally at the house. We had a wonderful time at Mattias‘ lovely house and would book again anytime.

Thomas and his family are the nicest hosts you could ask for. This week on the Aspö island flew by and is marked by beautiful memories. We were given a small boat so that we could explore the beautiful surroundings independently. On the various terraces around the house you can follow the sun all day long. The equipment of the house offers everything you need for barbecuing and for quiet summer days. The many different seating options on the terraces were particularly great. The view from the main room is a dream. Thank you for everything!!

We stayed as a family of four and felt very comfortable in the two weeks. The location of the house is incomparably great to reach via a private path and located on a quiet lake. The pictures are very good. The lakes in the area can be hiked through forests and rocks via trail trails and you feel far away from the city in places. On the property we had daily visits from a geese family and deer and once even from a cross otter that has sunk on a rock in the garden. There was even a private dock on the lake - so it's also worth bringing a canoe or kayak. The house was very clean and well appointed. There was enough storage space for our own stuff and food. The landlady welcomed us with warm words and we were even invited to lend ourselves to her supplies in case of doubt. Stockholm and also the coast are quickly accessible by car. Great holiday for peace-seeking adventurers.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was wonderful and the view was absolutely magical. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook over the weekend. We were a little unprepared for how dark it would be when we arrived with the Waxholms boat, so it took longer than expected to get to the house as we walked on narrow paths in the dark. A tip for other guests is to pack with a headlamp and stable shoes for late arrivals. The sauna was lovely, although it was not insulated and therefore could not get warmer than 60 degrees, but it was nothing that negatively affected our experience. We had some bad luck with running water due to a problem with the pump, but Madeleine was quick and helpful in trying to solve it, which meant that we still had a good weekend. The fridge pep recurring, but when we were told we didn't have to do anything about it, it wasn't a major issue. All in all the accommodation was wonderful and and Madeleine was very nice, communicative and solution oriented

We had a a marvellous time in Årsta Havsbad - short walk from the sea - cold and beautiful sea water. We loved the time on the patio and the little garden. Quick price proactive responses from Anna and Martin to our questions on how to get to Stockholm, use of appliances in the house. Highly recommended!

This home was a retreat! My family and I had plans to go into the city but instead we decided to stay and enjoy all this home has to offer. We didn’t want to leave! Ghadeh was wonderful to communicate with as well.

Incredible place with fantastic views. The house is more than well-equipped and Anders made sure to help us get started with the sauna, hot tub and grill!

We had a really great stay on Dalarö. The place is beautiful. Only the bed was quite narrow for two people, but that was also described. The terrace is DIRECTLY on the water, simply fantastic. Since there is no Wi-Fi, you have to use your own mobile internet. It is about 40 minutes by car to Stockholm City, which is definitely worth it. Bus connection is also possible. There are some nature reserves nearby with signposted hiking trails that can be reached by bus, ferry or car. All in all, we had a nice week on the archipelago, which unfortunately was over too soon.

We would like to thank Dan and Nora for the wonderful stay and their hospitality. The location of the accommodation is unique and soothing. The simplicity and proximity to nature allow you to relax. It is worth taking the boat to the nearest pizzeria. We can highly recommend the accommodation.

We felt very comfortable in Katarina's accommodation for three. Katarina's care is great. Location was perfect - in the middle of the island. In 5-15 minutes, all the highlights were reachable by bike. The island is super relaxed, people are very relaxed and there are very few cars. Gladly again.

Thank you very much to Jan and his family for sharing this very special spot. We were extremely lucky with the weather while staying at their cabin and we therefore had the complete joy of everything. It is a small island, but there is lots do to. To future guests who do not bring their own boat, we definitely recommend to rent the small boat additionally … from our point of view Jan has been a 10/10 in terms of hosting.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful spot! The pictures don’t do it justice - the positioning and the home are beautiful. The house has everything we needed. The sauna and waterfront were really wonderful. The town of Dalaro is quite charming; we enjoyed kayaking, good restaurants, taking the ferry further into the archipelago. We would happily stay again!

A fantastic house in the middle of a fairy tale landscape! The beautiful typical house is located about 50 km south of Stockholm, which allows you to enjoy the benefits of the big city and at the same time live peacefully in the countryside. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, they respond to issues promptly and find a solution. The house is perfectly clean, well equipped and cozy. we were ten and were able to experience an unforgettable stay. Many thanks!

We had a very nice time with Patrik in the house! The house is beautifully located directly with a view of the Baltic Sea is wonderfully modernly furnished and is also great to live in with 4 kids. We didn't miss anything, especially the kitchen is very extensively equipped. So also elaborate cooking or a BBQ in the garden is not a problem. There are great loungers, a hammock, beanbags to relax and lie in the sun. A highlight is certainly the beautiful flowery garden and the stairs to the water to the private stand incl. Surfboard and boat! The kids loved the XL TV and the PlayStation of course. All around a magnificent house for a perfect Sweden vacation. Thank you
