Ashley was very communicative and accommodating. We did have a couple of minor specific requests, which she was able to meet with no issue whatsoever. Very friendly and very accommodating. The property was a perfect location for us as we were in a wedding downtown. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful stay. A storm rolled in prior to us arriving and we we're messaged before we arrived. Thankfully 15 minutes after arriving the power came back on. It's a beautiful home, my family and pups loved it. We would definitely stay again!!

It is a wonderful old house. It has a bit of work to be done, but it is well worth the stay for the price point. If you have a bunch of people in town, you can get a great meal put together using the dishes and pans!

We had a great stay. We were attending a larger family reunion and this allowed our smaller family of five adults to stay together. House was well equipped, instructions were helpful, treat basket appreciated and Frank the outdoor cat was a wonderful greeter. We would stay here again in the future.

Charming step into the past fitting for a visit to Hannibal to explore the life and times of Mark Twain. If you want modern bathroom luxury then maybe it won’t be for you but the clawfoot tub with shower and other antique bathroom furnishings was a quaint and functional experience. Kitchen was well stocked - even parchment paper for the oven that we were happy to find. The historic home has everything you need to be comfortable but yet feel like you’re in a living museum with a life and past of its own. It’s filled with beautiful antique furniture and tastefully done to mix old and new. Plenty of street parking and walking distance to most local sites and two grocery stores not far away. Enjoyable experience.

Really clean place to stay

Conveniently located on the main thoroughfare in town close to multiple dining establishments and only a few minutes from downtown. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Nice and quiet with a reserved, covered parking spot. Will definitely stay there again.

Due to unforeseen challenges, we were unable to stay at the property. However, Barbara went totally above and beyond, finding and secur8ng alternative lodging arrangements on very short notice. She was so incredibly friendly and responsive. Will definitely try again on our next MO adventure!

We stayed for a family Christmas get-together as the house was large enough to accommodate all of us. The area is very private and safe, and the view is wonderful. Given that we stayed in December, all of the leaves were off the trees which allowed for even more panoramic views from the bluff overlooking the Quincy Bay westward toward Missouri. Also, as a given during December, we were not able to utilize the screened-in porch. This would be a wonderful place to sit in the spring and fall, or if you were lucky enough to catch a cool, low humidity, summer evening. The location is on the north end of the city, so all entertainment and shopping is a drive into town, though not too far. The beautiful neighborhood would lend itself to nice walks, weather permitting. Penny is a great host, and was very responsive to us for questions we had during the stay. Overall, this is a great stay if you don't mind the price, or can share it with family or friends.

This place was awesome. I enjoyed the location and private parking. It is a remodeling home with a lot of character. The appliances were awesome. The kitchen was stacked with utensils. Only down side was 1 bathroom. I would stay there again.

Alicia was so sweet. The place was beautiful. They had everything you would need. We had our grandchildren with us. She had toys, baby bed, children plates. Our family plans on using them again. Thank you.

We absolutely loved the cabin and the camping area. The cabin had plenty of room and good beds. Easy access to bathrooms. There was firewood on site for the fire pit. Having a coffee shop on site was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

We were in Quincy to visit family for Thanksgiving. This was our second stay at Kristi’s house. The house was perfect for our needs. Our two dogs had a great time playing in the large fenced backyard, and we loved the cozy house. Highly recommend Kristi’s place for a visit to Quincy!
