Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Hanoi

It was very close to Miding Street, and there were a variety of restaurants in the building, which was nice. Towels were provided in sufficient quantities, and the facilities were excellent. I was given friendly and detailed guidance, so there was no inconvenience at all.

We loved our stay here, it felt like home. Tasteful interior design, cosy space and the Old Quarter is easily walkable. Minh Sâu was so friendly, and helpful and gave us plenty of clear instructions for check-in and check-out. A perfect place to stay.

We had a good experience with this host, we extended a few times without any issues, attended to our needs when required. The home got a great view of the lake and the surrounding city, great shopping mall downstairs. only downside is that the pool is not 100% useable without registration by the owner, so if you intend on using it, make sure to write it to the owner.

I was very lucky to book this accommodation. Unfortunately, I was able to stay on the last day of my return to Korea, so I was so sorry that I couldn't stay longer. The building is very clean and tidy. The host's response was very quick and always friendly. (It's also cheaper than other nearby accommodations.) Netflix and YouTube are also free to watch, and are complete with air conditioning and various cutlery and kitchen utensils. There are two shopping malls in the surrounding environment, and there is also a large mart on the first floor. It's a new building, so you can enjoy everything neatly.

I had the most wonderful 4-day stay at this Airbnb—it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtfully curated and deeply welcoming. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with high-quality amenities that made the stay incredibly comfortable. Every corner reflected care and attention to detail, from the linens and kitchenware to the toiletries and decor. Communication with the host was seamless throughout. They were responsive, kind, and proactive in making sure I had everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and any small query was addressed almost instantly with genuine warmth and efficiency. What stood out most was how everything—from the layout to the furnishings—was designed with comfort and ease in mind. It felt less like a rental and more like a calm, elegant home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and truly enjoyable stay.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

여행을 가는 이유는 새로운 무언가를 만나기 위해서라고 나는 생각합니다. 나와 내 친구들은 3층 짜리의 우수한 숙소, 그리고 친절한 호스트 덕분에 기분 좋은 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히, 호스트의 친절함은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다고 나는 생각합니다. 내가 불의의 부상을 입자, 그는 다양한 요소를 물어보며 나를 안심시켰습니다. 새벽에 같이 여행을 온 친구들과 거실에서 이야기를 나누는 것은 나에게 잊지 못할 추억이었습니다. 언젠가 다시 이 숙소에 방문하고 싶습니다. 그날이 언제일지는 모르겠지만, 아마도 그날이 온다면 나는 더 유능한 체크인😆을 할 수 있을 것입니다. 고맙습니다.

Awesome place right in walking distance from about everywhere we needed to go. Very clean and nice and host was extremely helpful being responsive and proactive. Would definitely recommend staying here!

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

The place is the same as in the photos. Hoa is very responsive.

Phòng thiết kế rất đẹp, có gu, mùi thơm dễ chịu ngay khi bước vào, cảm giác rất sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Chủ nhà xinh đẹp, nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ rất nhanh. Bỏ một khoản tiền để thay đổi không gian sống thật sự đáng. Nếu ở khu vực Ocean Park và Ecopark thì To The Moon là trải nghiệm tốt nhất với mình

Lần thứ 2 tôi quay lại nơi đây vẫn tuyệt như lần đầu. Đây là căn hộ cao cấp, sạch sẽ và gần trung tâm, chủ nhà rất thân thiện.

Quite & good sleep at night. Clean & efficient equipment. Responsive host. What more can you ask for for a short work stay? I also love the fact that the scent diffuser created a signature feeling when coming into the studio. Recommend to other guests!

3주간 머물렀습니다. 미딩에 이은 제2의 한인촌 아파트라서 매일 수십 명의 한국인들을 볼 수 있었고 건물 보안도 철저했어요. 해당 건물 1층에 편의점, 약국, 한국식당, 한국슈퍼가 있었고 단지 내에 한국세탁소, 한국야식집, 한국빵집, 새마을식당, 홍콩반점, 두끼떡볶이, 하이디라오, 한국정육점 등이 있어 마치 한국에 사는 듯 했습니다. 호치민쪽 아파트들은 벽간 소음이 심했는데 여기는 층간, 벽간 소음없이 조용했고 사진에 나온 호수가 있어서 집에서 보는 뷰도 좋고 나가서 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 미딩은 매우 가깝고 우버 3-4000원이면 호안키엠이나 롯데마트 이동이 가능해서 편했어요. 10여 개 이상의 축구장에 밑에 있어서 매일 늦게까지 축구를 하는 사람들이 좀 시끄러운 게 유일한 단점이었습니다. 재방문 의사 매우 높습니다.
