Everything was great, Tuan was very flexible in helping us check in early he was very friendly. The location couldn't be better you can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, especially on the weekend when you step out onto the walking street, lots of outdoor activities. The house has a dining room on the top floor which is very airy and relaxing, perfect for drinking coffee.

Exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived— no eerie or uncomfortable feelings. The place truly felt like home. Our toddler slept peacefully throughout the night, which says a lot about how cozy and safe it felt. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Thank you so much! We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Hanoi.

Duc’s place is an absolute gem to be in the heart of the city. Love the minimal, aesthetic design and how everything was just completely brand new and clean. Duc was a pleasant host for being responsive and helpful with all the instructions and recommendations. I’m so surprised of finding this listing (in the best way possible) and really wish my stay was longer!!! Anyways, thank you Duc for setting up an amazing place with a spot-on location. Looking forward to the next visit and totally recommend!!!!!!!!

Vân was a fantastic host! The flat was spotless, well-equipped, and perfect for our stay. The air conditioning was 10/10, the bed was super comfortable and the balcony was great to soak up the atmosphere of Hanoi’s old quarter. Vân was always quick to respond and shared great nearby food recommendations. She knew the area well and gave us helpful tips on how to spend our time. The location was perfect, with plenty of great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes away. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, definitely recommend for solo travellers or couples wanting an authentic experience in Hanoi. We wish we had stayed for longer!
