This 950 sq. ft. guest suite is in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, less than 1/2 mile from Bartlett Hills Golf Club and a mile from Metra Train Station. 50 min. train ride to downtown Chicago. 10 min. walk to downtown Bartlett. A private entrance makes check-in easy and convenient, while offering privacy during your stay. Full kitchen, accessible bathroom, WIFI, and cable provided. Washer/Dryer available upon request. Pool is for registered guests only. Owners on site to assist if needed.

Private room in cozy basement. Bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, electric kettle and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go. Not staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the Airbnb area. By "shared space" it is the host rarely passing through living room when noone is there for laudary.

Enjoy our cozy and peaceful Coach-house , private entrance with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Newly renovated and updated throughout. Queen bed with mattress topper, studio area includes Smart TV, water station, Keurig coffee machine and quick-set lock. Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

Roselle Guesthouse

700sq 1 bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor. Very cozy, private entrance and parking space. Queen size bed, a sofa sleeper, country setting, very quite, outdoor patio. The unit is above my work studio which I use when I get the time to tinker with a project. Very safe place. Less than 1 mile from the Metra train station. 20-25 minutes to O'Hare. Close to shopping. Neighboring towns Schaumburg, Bloomingdale, Glendale Heights, Carol Stream, Bartlett, Elgin, Streamwood.

This a quiet bedroom located in the look out 1500 sq foot basement which has a queen bed, attached bath ( with jacuzzi tub), private kitchen ( with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove) entirely for guest use, sitting area and a theatre room ( with owners permission) and high speed WI-FI. This home backs up to Tyler Creek Forest Preserve, so enjoy the privacy and wildlife!

This little 1 bedroom 1 bath home is in a country setting with a cute fenced yard to keep your pets safe, with a large open area to walk them! At almost 100 yrs it is not perfect, but clean and comfortable. Picky people should go to a hotel. We offer pup bathroom breaks if you are gone for more than 4-5 hours, no charge. Bartlett restaurants just a minute away and close to all major destinations, 30 min to O’Hare, 40 min to downtown.
