Tiffany was friendly host and made sure to communicate with us to make our stay enjoyable. The place walkable distance to public transit and the neighborhood was safe enough to walk at night. It was clean and as pictured, there was coffee, utensils, plates, etc if you needed prepare food.

5 star for sure! This place is a hidden gem, its so clean and has so many little extras to make you feel at home. I found seasoning to cook with,.coffee, tea, cream and sugar..and even a couple of pods for laundry. All of that plus an easy check-in, great parking space in the back (which you will need since street parking can be dicey) and the friendly neighbors made my stay wonderful. I stayed 7 nights and it is quiet at night so I felt very safe and got a good nights rest each night. I will definitely book again!!!

Sabin's home is amazing and always a perfect stay for me when I'm passing through. Clean, updated everything and HUGE TV, comfy beds and pillows. And he's a great host and responds quickly if anything comes up. This is my 2nd stay and I'll be returning again next time I'm passing through

We had a great time staying at the Hideaway Apartment in Palatine! It was easy to get inside and the apartment was nice. The place was very clean and organized, we felt very comfortable! There is a second floor deck, a nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning! It was easy communicating with the hosts, overall it was a great experience staying at the Hideaway, would recommend!

Great host, responsive, very attentive to make sure the stay is peaceful and very clean space. The first thing I notice was how organized and how well thought out the space was.

This is an outstanding property. Located across the street from a pond and meadow and an easy walk to Target, this is a peaceful and convenient location. The property has the prettiest decor I’ve seen at an Airbnb. Consistent, stylish, cozy, bright aesthetic. Fully updated house, with everything expertly coordinated, from the art to the plumbing fixtures to the toaster. Great deck with a fenced yard. Friendly, responsive host. Highly recommend!

Thank you Demi for providing this convenient location! Demi's house was a perfect base from which to explore the northwest suburbs and the Metro train station is a short walk to get you to Chicago. The house and beds were clean and comfy. Neighborhood was quiet. I highly recommend it!

First and foremost, Radhika was a perfect host. Communicative, helpful and very responsive. She addressed all of our needs without hesitation and went above and beyond to ensure the stay for my family of 6 was top notch. Secondly, this was one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at. You can tell it is of the utmost importance to Radhika. Location was great, close to shopping on Randall Rd and about an hour to the city if you can beat traffic. Overall our stay was outstanding and we would stay with Radhika again!

This is a lovely house that has been well maintained. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Easy access to mai. roads and local shopping. Highly recommended.

We had a marvelous time and a great stay for a weekend visit to see our son working in the area. The house was the perfect place for resting and recharging after trips to the city. We didn’t bring any pets, but the big backyard would’ve been a big hit. We even saw a bunny one afternoon. The neighborhood is just lovely - we had a few nice walks around in the beautiful weather. I was especially grateful to Dianna for working with me on checkout times with our late flight out of town. Can’t say enough good things about this great place.

Loved staying here as a family of 4. This home is great for families with an amazing backyard and close to so many parks. The perfect quiet area for a family with littles and the neighborhood felt safe. Comfy beds were so nice to sleep in and working AC was amazing to have on the hotter days! Will stay here again when we visit Chicago for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Jehu’s home while in town for my husband’s MBA graduation. It was the perfect space for our family and friends to gather and celebrate over the weekend. The house is spacious, very well maintained, and has a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. Every amenity we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The real highlight was the backyard — a peaceful and charming spot where we enjoyed our breakfasts each morning. It truly added to the overall experience. Thank you, Jehu, for being such a gracious host. We would absolutely stay here again!

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

Great location and property!

Great location, and easy access to all main streets. The neighborhood is quiet, and very safe. The people in the neighborhood were very welcoming. The condo was nice, very spacious and a great value for the cost.

This is our 3rd time staying at Thomas and Cynthia place. We would have it no other way. Home away from home every single time.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.

Perfect little spot! So close to the blue line, necessities nearby, great for a quick solar work trip. Bed is small and a little uncomfortable, and some things were a little off (medicine cabinet not fully attached to wall), but neither bothered me. Knew bed would be small from photos! Just a heads up for anyone that would worry about those. Will definitely be staying again if in Chi!
