It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The name of the cottage comes from the emblematic grape variety of our vineyard and the 310 species of birds that can be seen in the Lake Der region.
