No.2 The Dutch Barn is a stunning 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment. It boasts 2 very spacious bedrooms (one king, one twin) off a central, open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. No.2 has its own courtyard garden, designed with attractive beds and bespoke outdoor seating area. The courtyard leads onto the more extensive communal garden area, including a small woodland spinney . With lots of space both indoors and out, a great location and lots of natural light, No.2 is a great place to re-charge!

The Carriage House, Haversham

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. This stone barn was renovated in 2012 by the owners, retaining the character of the original building, whilst installing underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, a fabulous kitchen, oak windows, doors and staircase and a beautiful bedroom. The location is rural and secluded in a small village close to Milton Keynes.

Penny cottage is the perfect setting for a quaint countryside visit. Situated on the border of Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire in Hanslope with great access to Silverstone. The Space The cottage has high beams and features comprising of; open lounge and dining area with sofa and dining room table, kitchen with use of coffee machine, a king size bed and separate office space. The bathroom, whilst less modern is fully functional. There is a garden and patio area with sofa chair.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

The Annexe- private 1-bedroom with outdoor area

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The annexe is in the rural village of Hanslope. In between Milton Keynes and Northampton. It has great train links to London and a short distance from Silverstone. The annexe offers one double bedroom, a shower room and a living area. Whilst it comfortably sleeps two, it can accommodate up to four guests with a double sofa bed in the living area. Whilst there are coffee and tea facilities there is NOT a full kitchen.
