The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

The laundry room

In our former laundry room there used to be a large wash tub, the fireplace has remained and we plan to connect a small cozy stove. The charming cottage is now a light-flooded bright room because we opened the ceiling and installed 3 skylights. A ladder can be used to climb to the 2nd sleeping place. There are 2 more mattresses there. The kitchen is well equipped. A cozy spot in front of the house invites you to linger.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the Elbe Cycle Path. The house is located just outside Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

In the neighborhood there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7 am and 4:30 pm.
