The area around the house is equipped with an outdoor sauna and outdoor shower, as well as a shelter with a glass roof, where you can stay overnight with a view of the stars. There are three terraces around the house with outdoor kitchen in the form of a grill and pizza oven. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which has three rooms with a total of 6 beds, an entrance hall, a bathroom with a large shower, a cozy kitchen/living room and a living room with access to the terrace.

The home is well furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, modern kitchen, living room and two good bedrooms with closet space. The toilet with sink is in a separate room in the house, and the bathroom with plenty of hot water is located in a sheltered unheated building outside.
