Monthly Rentals in Happy Bay

I had a wonderful time staying at Hugo’s property. He and his wife made me feel very welcome, and they were always helpful when I needed assistance, such as renting a car. The location was perfect—it was close to shops, restaurants, and beaches, and I wasn’t too far from the SXM festival I attended. Thank you for hosting me, and I will definitely return to SXM in the future because I enjoyed my stay at your property.

Julie's place was exactly as shown on the listing. It is in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful views from the balcony. The parking was a little challenging at first because it is a one way and you have to back into the spots but I eventually got the hang of it. There is a beautiful pool on site that was never too crowded and a few local restaurants and small grocery market within walking distance. A car is definitely recommended though to explore the island. Julie was always prompt in responding and we felt very comfortable in the apartment.

I had a great time at Christophe’s place. His parents are so friendly and sweet. They gave us a chance to arrive at the place and drop off our luggages. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. This is a perfect stay for two people wanting to explore the French side of the island. Friars Bay beach was 10 minutes walking distance from the house. This beach became my top 3 of St Martin 😊😁 the food at the cafe is delicious. We felt in love with their dog Oscar. He’s the sweetest!

We had a lovely time, the apartment was exactly as described, very clean, with the most beautiful view of Grand Case Bay and great swimming. Easy to walk along the beach to get in to town for the shops and restaurants! Easy check in and check out. We will definitely be back!
