There are extra mattresses, as well as a guest house and sauna building with an extra shower and toilet. Fiber-optic internet is available, which makes it also ideal for working from here. A plot close to nature with a lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a boat (3.5 HP) for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Here you live in the quiet and peaceful village of Elma with fields and meadows all around, only a 10-minute walk to Lake Mälaren. Enjoy your morning coffee outside the cabin with views of pastures and fields, take walks in the surroundings or take a trip to beautiful Sörmland! Our first guest used the cottage as a writing retreat for a documentary. The couple who came after wanted to visit the Swedish countryside and hoped to see bears (note: there are no bears here).
