[Note ③] The facility faces Takeshita Street in the downtown area, so there are many pedestrians and it is very noisy from 8 am to 8 pm. The nearby store plays loud music, and the sound of construction on the next building is loud. Note ①: The facility is located on the 2nd to 4th floors of a building without an elevator Note ②: The road leading to the facility is closed to traffic from 11 am to 6 pm, so taxis and other vehicles cannot enter. [Note ④] Please be absolutely quiet from 8 pm to 8 am as there is a residence nearby. Parties are strictly prohibited. If we receive noise complaints from neighbors or the police, we will charge a 50,000 yen handling fee. This is a luxury villa of 193 square meters for 18 people, located on the 2nd to 4th floors of a building facing Takeshita Street, a famous shopping street. It is a 2-minute walk from JR Harajuku station. It is conveniently located 1 stop to Shibuya and 2 stops to Shinjuku. 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (1 with bathtub), drum washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, premium bedding, air conditioning, TV, fridge, microwave, coffee dripper, clothes iron, and hair dryer, everything you need for your trip.
