John was a great host. Any small issues that I had were taken care of right away. Nice quiet neighborhood with everything conveniently close by. Very responsive host.

Beautiful stay and perfect for families! Could not recommend enough - close to the beach, groceries, shopping, etc. We liked Indian rocks beach better than clearwater because it was way less crowded and more peaceful. The space included beach accessories, chairs, toys for the kids, umbrellas, towels and the pool /outdoor patio space was great. We would absolutely come back here!

Steve & Boyd were very responsive, any questions we had were answered within 15-30 minutes. The area is nice and quiet, and the privacy provided by the large fenced in yard around the pool area was great. The home fit our group of 10 well, and we had room for more. The pool area was beautiful and the highlight of the home for our group. The location is 15-20 minutes to beaches and great restaurants. I would recommend this home to anyone with a large group looking to spend time around the pool, visit the beach, or check out the local area. We will definitely look to stay at this property or another one of Steve & Boyd’s if we are in the Tampa Bay Area again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Samantha and Micaela are exceptional hosts who genuinely care about their guests’ experiences. From booking to checkout, they were consistently responsive and friendly. The property is ideally located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, just 10 minutes from the beach. The scenic drive is well worth it! The house is beautifully lit, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like home. It’s the perfect beach cottage. We especially enjoyed the backyard, where you can grill, relax by the fire pit, or unwind in the hammock. We ended up spending more time at the house than exploring the area! The house was easy to find & conveniently located in regards to: beaches, Publix, Wal Mart, coffee shops, gas stations etc.. We were familiar with this area already and the ease of getting to Indian Rocks beach and the others can't be beat! The location in the neighborhood was very quiet, especially relaxing outside at night with the house on either side seemingly unoccupied. We weren't sure about noise from the road behind but it was almost non-existent. The house was clean, towels and linens clean as well. The hot tub was fantastic and the pool was clean and warmer than our last 2 rentals, we appreciated that for the evening swims! The 3 umbrellas outside allowed us to keep one on the table and move the other 2 to create a shade spot over the pool steps, perfect on those hot FL days. The game room was fun for all and a washer/dryer was a must-have for us. The beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler were super convenient and we left a new beach chair for the next guests to enjoy.

I can't recommend this house enough! My wife and I stayed here for honeymoon, and it was comfortable, felt very cozy, and had a great view of the West Coast Intercostal. The deck chairs and hot tub were great to relax in. The location is also nice - minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and boat rentals, and about a half hour drive from Tampa and St. Pete. Deanna was very helpful and communicated well.

Great host. Very responsive and accommodative of modified check out times as possible. Host also provided wagon, toys, umbrella and beach chairs (availability is on a first-come-first-take basis between other guests in the other rentals on the same property, of course). But we could find everything we needed and it was super helpful that these were available! This particular unit is a studio. Something about the photos made it seem larger than it actually was to us. But it does not lack much in amenities aside from a closed bathroom with a door (currently, the bathroom is sectioned with a curtain and there is no separate bathroom ventilation). But the place was well worth the money for us, for the facilities provided by the host and the walkable location to the beach!

Our stay was great! We were able to check in earlier than 3 PM which was great and Anna was super responsive. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all! It only took us about 5 minutes. Everything is very walkable and there are plenty of restaurant options within minutes. Would definitely book again!

The moment we parked we knew that the place is exactly what we're wanting for our stay in Dunedin. It's charming, peaceful and quiet. We slept soundly and felt comfortable from Mon to Friday. Aside from the basic necessities provided, there are available beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella that made our trip to Honeymoon Island easier. Thank you for hosting us Carole! My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here as I came into town for a concert. It was the perfect space, very clean and very private. I would definitely book again!

Only one comment was one of the bed mattress was not in a good condition. Was wobble, shaky, and not comfortable. Otherwise, wonderful place! We enjoyed every single moments!! Thank you!!

being 7 months pregnant this place was perfect for a quick baby moon! the beach is just a walk across the street, plenty of restaurants less than a 5 minute drive and had everything we needed for the beach as well.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Daniel‘s condo was the perfect little stay for us. It is quiet and private. The people at the pool were so friendly. It’s one of the most comfortable beds in the world. We found a very nice authentic restaurant Mexican close by and shopping was within walking distance. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a lovely stay at 42 Gulf Blvd IRB! The house is comfortable, the beach area is peaceful and beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. While we did experience a couple of issues during our stay, we truly appreciate how responsive and caring the management team was. They took our concerns seriously and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. Their communication made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a laid-back and enjoyable beach experience!
