In the middle of the dunes of Zuid-Kennemerland nature park, 300m from the beach, lies this spacious vacation home with unobstructed sea views. Warm yourself by the wood-burning stove after a long beach walk or enjoy the setting sun from the front terrace. From the balcony by the bedroom, you can see the sun rise in the morning above the dune landscape, where deer can often be seen. The house is spacious, has 2.5 floors and has all the comforts. There is a shared swimming pool + sauna.

Tiny house with dock & view

This Tiny House, lovingly built by hand, is uniquely located on the water (a canal) in the green outskirts of Spaarnwoude. The perfect combination of space, nature, and proximity to the cities of Amsterdam and Haarlem. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a dining area. Outside, there is a terrace on the jetty. On the second floor, there is a double bed and a sofa, where you can enjoy the special view over the canal.

Birds won’t even notice you are there and will continue their song while you are preparing breakfast. Visit our partners at the beach or order your food online as the ÖÖD Suites do not have a kitchen. Loft in old fire station of Wijk aan Zee

Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street is our building that was once built as a school, then served as a fire station and where we now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy 70m2 loft. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years old are welcome.
