It is located on the 3rd floor of a commercial building and is part of our penthouse apartment. However, our apartment and the studio are completely separated from each other with their own apartment door, so that our and also your privacy, dear guest, is preserved. The studio is very centrally located, so everything can be reached in a few minutes.

The balcony faces south and offers a view into the garden. Parties or smoking are not allowed. Smoking on the balcony is ok. A bus stop of the HVV is only 1-2 minutes. Bus and subway take about 30 min to the center of Hamburg. You can park your car at the road.
