Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

This FW with a large garden and fantastic views is located directly on the lake shore and is available to our guests again after our own use. It offers relaxing days for peace seekers as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity is the beach (newly built in 2024), the mini golf course, a boat rental, a skater court as well as the possibility to SUP. Due to its location in the "border triangle", this is the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking.

The attic apartment is located on the third floor of a small residential complex (without a lift!) in Hard am Bodensee. The apartment consists of an anteroom, bathroom, large bedroom, large kitchen is integrated in the living room( with large sofa bed). The general garden can also be used. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. In the immediate vicinity are shopping facilities such as Spar and Lidl as well as bus and train stations. It is less than a km to the shore of Lake Constance.

Newly renovated, fully equipped and quite stylish apartment is located in the picturesque village center of Hard, just a few steps from the lake promenade and has his own parking space. The apartment is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac facing a beautiful garden. At the lake promenade you will find boat rentals, cafes, mini golf courses as well as several nice spots for swimming. If you prefer more quiet and secluded walks by the lake, just head over to Grüner Damm.
