Auf der 20 qm großen, überdachten Terrasse mit Lounge vor der Wohnung, können Sie den Blick in den Garten genießen, grillen, essen oder einfach ihre Seele baumeln lassen. Die ca. 54 qm große Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres 2-Familien-Hauses. Alle Fenster der Ferienwohnung sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The cultural and festival city of Bregenz is just a walk or short bike ride away. And with the Bregenzerwald, you have picture-book Vorarlberg on your doorstep. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.
