Beautiful cabin located in Lands of Pickwick subdivision. It's just minutes from Pickwick State Park, boat ramps, & stores. Nestled on 1 acre of woods, Blade Bay features lots of windows and a wrap around deck so you can enjoy nature and the sunrises while sipping your coffee in the morning or beverage of choice in the evening. We have high end furnishings throughout the house with Tempurpedic and Sealy mattresses for a great nights sleep. We also have a fenced yard so you dog will love it too!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin, secluded but close to grocery store and Stateline boat ramp. We have 4 cabins that were built this year (completed September 2023). These cabins on 10 acres were spaced far enough apart for privacy (each on approximately 2 acres). Brand new 5 bay boat storage on sight with lights, that is shared by all 4 cabins. No WIFI available but our 5G phones connect just fine. No smoking inside or littering outside. Grill on porch. small fire pit.

Located in Winn Springs, you will be close to everything Pickwick has to offer including bars, restaurants, convenience stores, gifts shops, Pickwick Landing State Park, and golfing! Enjoy the treehouse vibe on the decks with peekaboo views of the water (seasonally). Property has enough parking for 2 vehicles and a boat / trailer. There are multiple boat launches near the cottage, one just 2 minutes away!
