Great apartment, warm, cosy, everything you need for your stay, nothing to complain about. Very central, short walk into the centre of Leeds.

Flat was very clean and spacious, walk is about 1 mile to the city centre and relatively straight forward, price was a bank holiday Sunday night and price was similar to others but the price was far too high in general. I am sure the price was relative to the day I stayed and imagine it's cheaper other times.

I 've enjoyed the stay at this apartment. The location is great next to city center and all transport . The apartment was clean and had all that's need Arooj was very nice and reactive. I would recommend

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home and the host greeted us straight away. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided detailed instructions on everything I needed to know, making the check-in process seamless. The space was exactly as pictured—beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom had luxurious touches that made it feel like a spa experience- the showers were great with pressure and temperature. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and great restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the outdoor garden and there were many beautiful rural walks. I truly appreciated the personal touches throughout the home, from thoughtful snacks to local guidebooks. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway.

Such a lovely place to spend a week whilst I was working in the area. It’s such a lovely flat and I really didn’t get the chance to enjoy it fully. The area was nice, we used some of the local shops and the big nearby Tescos. There is a ln incredible wood nearby and we drove past it everyday on the way to where we were working, I’d have loved to have gone for a walk in it. I’d highly recommend this property for a short of long visit. Perfect ♥️

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean with a lovely view from the window and a beautiful, peaceful garden. Lisa was super friendly and responsive, and her local recommendations were great. We especially enjoyed visiting Skipton and walking along the canal. The restaurants she suggested were also fantastic. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

great place to stay, the host was friendly and the room and kitchen were very clean. it was easy to find and check in, and was a good base for me to live in while work was being done on my house. would recommend

This was our second visit to Roy and Heather’s home. We loved it just as much this time. Roy and Heather are brilliant hosts and their flat is immaculate and in prime location for the cricket ground and great restaurants. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Roy and Heather.x

The place is peaceful and quiet. It's generally safe place. If you take a walk, you will see kids and parents bring their kids to play football and cricket at the nearby park. Everything in the home is in working conditions. Although it's an annex house, the stay is private. Barbara and family does not disturb your stay at all. I did caught up with Barbara, she is very friendly. The place are walkable to restaurants but it's at least 10 mins walk. You can also get your groceries at supermarket in 15 to 20 mins walk away. But if you are driving, then it would be a breeze. All in all, I had a good stay this trip to Leeds.

Really easy to find and get in with excellent instructions, the flat was in a perfect location with lots of restaurants, very central Few minutes walk from the station and about 10 mins to the first direct arena so ideal if you are visiting for that reason Everything was very clean and tidy and coffee/tea/milk/biscuits provided which was a nice touch

From start to finish, I cannot fault this apartment. Spotless inside, great views of the train station lines, everything located within walking distance, and the host Anna responded to any questions I had. Would love to stay here again when I'm in Leeds.

We had a short but sweet visit to the flat. We were working nearby and my colleague and I stayed as a home from home. It’s a beautiful little space with amazing access to the middle of the city. Location is perfect, flat was spotlessly clean, comfy beds and really well priced. We would recommend to anyone! And would definitely stay again if we were in the area!

Lovely place — looking forward to staying again! If you're planning to cook, be sure to bring your own salt, pepper, and olive oil, as the BnB kitchen is completely bare.

Farats place is great , fantastic location the hot tub was great , 2 large bedrooms , communication was friendly , more than happy

Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!

Clean easy stress free check in, would recommend!

As a solo traveller looking for some peace and quiet, it was absolutely ideal. The village itself is beautiful but also very, very quiet - no shops, restaurants or pubs so do be mindful if you're wanting somewhere that has these to offer. The only downfall I would say was that the hot tub was available (you need to book a slot) at an extra fee (£10 for myself for a 2hr session) which doesn't seem much, but given the total cost of the stay, I did expect it to be included - however it was still a lovely experience and the shared garden is lovely if you're just wanting to unwind outdoors.

Had an amazing time staying here, great views, amazing hottub and a very welcoming host, will definitely stay here again
