a beautiful apartment, well equipped with plenty of space for our family and a great balcony. also amazing location - close walk to old city, Yemin Moshe and even to the Shuk Machane Yehuda. David was a very responsive host. we had a great stay.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment in Jerusalem, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had found a peaceful oasis in the heart of a bustling city. The location is simply unbeatable—just a short stroll to the vibrant Machane Yehuda Market, where you can enjoy everything from delicious food to lively nightlife. Yet, despite being so central, the apartment itself is quiet and serene, tucked away in the charming Saidoff complex. The apartment was sparkling clean and thoughtfully designed, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable stay. The floral courtyard is breathtaking, and I loved starting my mornings on the private balcony, overlooking this little slice of paradise. I also took full advantage of the amenities! The pool and sauna were fantastic for unwinding after a day of exploring, and having access to a gym and private parking made everything so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again!

Pini's apartment was a great place for our family (2 adults, 2 kids) to stay while visiting Jerusalem. The apartment was mostly clean, large, and well-appointed (good mattresses, well stocked kitchen, and working appliances). Having the parking spot was very useful, though accessing it was somewhat inconvenient since the guards weren't always responsive to open the two gates required to get to the spot itself. The pool was also a very nice plus, but it's only open four hours a day, six-days a week. Pini was upfront about this, and was a great host and responsive to any questions we had.

Highly recommend staying here. The space is large and great for families with children. Lots of books, and toys to keep your kids occupied with and incredible outdoor garden space. The location is incredible and close to transportation. Huge bonus is a free parking spot. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Daniel and Jessica for hosting us.

We had a great stay! The apartment is located in a very central area of Jerusalem within walking distance to the old city and the Wall, the shops, and the restaurants. The apartment itself is new, clean & beautiful, and the balcony overlooking the city was a great treat after a full day of sightseeing and touring. Highly recommend Talia‘s place.

This Apartment was perfect. Was exactly as advertised. It has the most stunning views of Jerusalem. It’s a 15 minute safe walk to the Western Wall. We found the space clean with everything one needs for Shabbat. The Doorman was super helpful and friendly. Even the neighbours were friendly. It is walking distance to The Shuk and Yaffo as well as Mea Shearim. It is the perfect apartment to get your full Jerusalem experience. I would never look elsewhere when I go to Jerusalem again. The hosts were super easy to get ahold of as well. Thank you all so much.

yoel is amazing! what a host! this is not the first rime we've stayed here nor will it be our last. we loved everything about the stay. there were some unexpected hiccups that happened that yoel had no control over (like unexpected construction) and yoel immediately took care of it and checked in every day to make sure we weren't bothered by it. Definitely recommend!

L’appartement était en tout point conforme à la description. Yelena nous a gentiment accueillis et a répondu à chacune de nos sollicitations durant le séjour. Un grand merci à elle ! La situation de l’appartement est idéale : proximité de la plage surveillée (il suffit de traverser la rue et on accède à la plage en « lagon »), proximité de tous les commerces. Place parking privative très facile d’accès. Bien pratique. Immeuble récent avec concierge/gardien dans le hall et ils sont tous très sympas. La vue de l’appartement est magnifique et les couchers et levers de soleil sont des moments privilégiés. Grande terrasse pour en profiter. Appartement bien équipé et confortable. Nous reviendrons chez Yelena dès que possible lors d’un prochain séjour sur Bat Yam !

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

We had a fabulous experience with our stay in this apt. It is fully equipped with useful items for the beach and pool, and with supplies for children (baby bath tub, crib, bed rail, hi chair, infant bounce seat). This is a beautifully furnished and clean apt. Sarah and Elad were incredibly responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at Zipi's place. The house and the garden are beautiful. The area is quiet and relaxing. Zipi was a wonderful host. She was very helpful and recommend about things to do. Our stay at her place was the highlight of our trip. Thank you Zipi.

Daria’s house is absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were all very comfy, and having powerful air-conditioning in every room was wonderful with the warm weather. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the utensils we could need for cooking, and having 4 bathrooms was super handy when we came back from the beach and all wanted to wash the sand off! The location is great, just 10 mins walk from the main road - you *have* to visit falafel kaduri (the shop, not the stall by the petrol station), the falafel is amazing! Thoroughly recommend staying here!

We are so thankful Aviel for our amazing experience staying here. It was exactly what we had hoped and our stay was PERFECT. Everything was comfortable and convenient, and we felt right at home. Aviel was terrific to work with from the moment we started inquiring about the property to the moment we left and locked the door behind us.
