You are located 5 minutes by bike from the center, by car 5 minutes from the highway and trainstation. Groceries store 200 meters down the street. It's a perfectly calm location!

Step outside to a cozy square with a minimarket, waffle shop and various terraces. Also the ideal base for the expo center or nearby universities. Easily explore the region and return to our modern, equipped and comfortable apartment, suitable for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This new apartment is an ideal base if you need to be in the Waregem, Deerlijk, Kortrijk region for business. Hikers will also find something to their liking here, as there are plenty of hiking trails in the close vicinity. Zilverlinde is located in a park where there are 4 residential pavilions. It is a green, car-free oasis of peace and privacy. The ground floor apartment has a terrace and garden (see photo below right). You can park in the corresponding carport.

Comfortabele, vernieuwde, lichtrijke studio op eerste verdieping van een gebouw met acht studio's. Beneden zijn er garages. Buren er naast en er boven. Goed gelegen op 20 minuten stappen van station, stadscentrum, expo. Mogelijkheid tot gratis parkeren op 5 minuten stappen. Winkels en enkele horecazaken op wandelafstand. Tweepersoonsbed van 1,40 m. Sofa-bed met dezelfde afmetingen. Boiler met 50 liter warm water (goed voor 2 douchebeurten van 5 minuten).

You will stay in a self-built caravan, insulated with sheep wool and equipped with a good bed and bunk bed and a cozy sitting area with a view of the meadow. Shower and toilet are in separate unit, with infrared heater. Enjoy a shower with a view of nature. Make a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the surroundings. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Je bent zeer welkom in ons gezellig appartement met een mooi uitgestrekt zicht op de velden in Bellegem, Kortrijk. Er zijn 3 ruimtes, samen goed voor 90 m², zodat je meer dan plaats genoeg hebt. Op 600 m wandelen kom je in het gezellig dorp Bellegem, waar je iets kan eten, drinken of de brouwerij van Omer bezoeken. Er is veel groen in de buurt om mooie wandel- en fietstochten te doen of ontdek het bruisende Kortrijk en zijn verlaagde Leieboorden.
