Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Between Westfriesche omringdijk and Zee is the small rural village of Burgerbrug. At the back of the barn is a cozy apartment where you can relax wonderfully. The area is beautiful. There is no breakfast service. However, there is a fridge, combi microwave and 2-burner induction cooktop. TV in the bedroom is for streaming only. Private shower and toilet. This cozy summer house is located on our property behind our home. It has a nice kitchenette, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you to use to your heart's content. Peace, space and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Groet.
