The house is suitable for hiking and cycling and in winter there is the possibility of ski-in when the top is open and ski-out for those who can imagine staking. The plot borders both the snowmobile trail and the Hovärksspåret, which means that you can easily reach the rest of the cross-country trail system directly from the house. Electric car charging is available.

You enter a large hall with a toilet at the entrance, further into the living room and well-equipped kitchen in an open plan. There are 4 bedrooms, toilet with shower and sauna and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Garage available. Cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails are just outside the house. The village is 1.7 km away and the ski slopes are 2.5 km away.
