The houseboat is located in the lake, anchored to land with jetties around. Private location in rural environment. From the upper floor of the houseboat there are large glass sections facing the lake, with the possibility of sitting indoors or outdoors and watching the beautiful view. Two bedrooms and a living room. On the lower floor there is the kitchen, dining area and sofa. Outdoors, there is a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, outdoor shower with hot water, outdoor toilet, barbecue area and outdoor furniture.

Beach house in Hälsingland/Härjedalen

The cottage is located on the south shore of the Ängersjön on a peninsula on the edge of the rustic village. The large property is bordered by the child-friendly beach and a jetty as well as numerous hiking trails in the surrounding forests. A rowing boat is available at no charge at the house and other rental boats from the local fishing company can be rented at five lakes. Ice fishing, snowmobile or dog sledding tours are just a few of the possible activities in the winter.

Varmt välkommen till en riktigt mysig fjällstuga med bastu + labbox för elbil. Underbar utsikt över sjön och fjällen! Här bor ni lugnt och fridfullt, ca 10 minuter från Björnrike och ca 15 minuter från Vemdalen by. Längdspår och skoterled ett stenkast från tomten. Endast 30m ner till sjön där ni finner privat picknickbord för 6-8 gäster, grillplats/grill och båt för fiske och bad. Vintertid ofta fina längdspår på sjön. Matbutik och bensin 2 min med bil från stugan.

Our apartment "Grastöten" is a cosy cabin for 4 persons. The apartment has a living room with cable TV, free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (one underbed is 110 cm wide), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the living room there is a sofa which can be used as a double bed. You can also book our sauna to relax and warm up. Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out is until 10:00 am.

You have 2 stories at your disposal - middle + loft Weekly rentals are possible during wintertime: Mid-December until the last of April. Change days are Saturdays. Rest of the year, 2 days minimum. 2 floors - middle + loft. Charger for EV vehicles. Smoking is ABSOLUTELY forbidden indoors. Cost for cleaning: SEK 950 / week or SEK 150 / day for a shorter stay. Ask for end-of-stay cleaning when you book.
