Built in the 1600s, Puzzle Cottage is the oldest property in the village and is believed to have been the falconry for Bolton Castle. An unusual layout set out over three floors, the cottage has been sympathetically styled with a cosy cottage feel which adds to the immense character and charm of this historic old cottage.

Our charming cottage forms part of a grade 2 listed mill, residing in the tranquil hamlet of Wensley just outside the market town of Leyburn. The contemporary country style loft cottage is warm and welcoming. The cottage is rural and surrounded by fields in all directions. Rest and relax in front of the log burner on a cold winter's evening or unwind with a glass of your favourite tipple in the enclosed garden with hot tub looking out over the idyllic views of Wensleydale, towards Penn Hill.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Located just a 2 minute stroll away from Leyburn, our spacious and secluded ground-floor annexe is a self-contained apartment attached to our main house with access to our large garden and outdoor space. The annexe also has ramped access so is suitable for less mobile guests. We are ideally positioned for visitors wishing to explore the area on foot, bike, bus, or car and there are a number of fabulous walks right from our door.

The Hutts Clocktower is a standalone building and perfect for 2 people - located in the award winning Himalayan Garden & Sculpture Park which is an open-air gallery home to 80+ striking contemporary sculptures, showcased in a tranquil valley setting.
