Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. Feel welcome at this modern and clean apartement on the top 2 floors of my house, only a 15 minute walk from the center of Utrecht. You're 5min from the train to Amsterdam and I’m sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as I! The apartement is located on the 2 topfloors of a midcentury house. It can be closed off and you'll have all the privacy you'll need. But, I live downstairs and we share the frontdoor & hallway during your stay, so it is not a place for parties and loud groups.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.
