This is our second time staying at one of Laura's properties and each time has been terrific! What you see is what you get... a large fully functioning home with easy check-in, nice amenities, responsive host and easy check out! My family and I had a great time, thank you Laura!

We loved our short stay at Mason’s place!! We needed a peaceful getaway to just relax and it’s exactly what we needed. The hot tub was amazing, and we hiked all around the property and campgrounds! Had so much fun connecting with nature and relaxing. Also loved how many amenities, spices, oils, pots and pans, etc in the kitchen!!

Everyone enjoyed our stay here ! S’mores by the firepit, family games around the huge kitchen table and mornings rocking on the front porch rockers . We wished we could stay longer !!!

I’m pretty sad that I don’t own this house. Pictures don’t it justice, and the pics are incredible. The house, the cows, the coziness….I’ve already shared this house to a few friends! Kayla was very responsive throughout our stay. 5 stars all around!

Harmony Lodge was the perfect getaway to relax with my husband and our dog. The lodging itself is clean, quiet, and well equipped for a vacation weekend . The kitchenette is cozy but has all of the basic utensils and several options to cook food. The bedrooms were spacious. Upstairs the loft is a great spot to unwind. The pool was just as idyllic as it looks in the pictures. But the best part is how ideal her property is set up for dogs. The smartly fenced off areas between the pool, her home, and our entrance was the best experience I have had renting a space while traveling with my pup. Elisa was very respectful of our privacy but also a super friendly host. We enjoyed chatting with her and meeting her pups. We found plenty to do within ~20 minutes of the property: hiking, birding, tasty places to eat and found some good beer. I can't recommend Harmony Lodge enough for anyone looking to unwind with their dog AND enjoy the luxury of a swim!

We really enjoyed our stay at the chalet with a group of friends and our two dogs. The place and bedrooms were spacious and very comfortably fit 6 plus the pets. The location is fairly private and remote, in a peaceful and quiet resort community in Berkeley Springs, a cute tiny town. The place was well-stocked and Jonathan and Amy were responsive. There were some HOA restrictions to contend with, such as quiet hours, but nothing major. Our only complaint would be that the outdoor areas, including the fenced porched, were not cleaned, and so had lots of dust and webs that had to be cleaned to use. Still, would recommend and stay again!

Lenah's place was wonderful! We were in Bealeton for a friend's wedding, and it was so close to everything we needed (including Moo Thru) but still in a rural setting. The house was spotless and had all of the amenities we could want. Lenah was even so sweet to loan me her iron so I could iron the dress I took for the wedding. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Teddi and Adam were great hosts and have such a beautiful place that provided some much needed peace and quiet! We really enjoyed our stay!

If you read the reviews from others who stayed here...they were SPOT ON! Lynn's carriage house is like stepping into an immaculate barndominium. You feel like you are prepping for your fox hunt or what my wife and I did, enjoy a tea or glass of wine in the evenings watching the deer come through the fields or the horses in the far fields graze. PEACEFUL. The house has everything you need from coffee, tea, sweeteners, to spices and pots and pans. Come here to relax. Last, the pool on the listing is at the main house. Never did we feel like it wasn't our own private oasis. So cool to enjoy the pool surrounded by horse properties. Lynn is an excellent host. This is an incredible property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house offered so many things for us to do as a family. We had such a good time playing darts, pingpong, board games, and hanging out around the fire pit. The Woods is our favorite place to go because of all the amenities. Highly recommend!

Cute clean house. Comfy beds and a clean hot tub. Enjoyed the deer walking around outside. Whitney was extremely nice and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

River House – 5 Stars My husband and I stayed in the River House for 4 days. We totally enjoyed ourselves there. It was exactly what we were looking for, peace and quiet while gazing upon nature at its best. The house is very clean, neat and crisp with a touch of warmth everywhere. It has everything you could want for your stay, making it home-sweet-home. The house is nestled between trees and situated right on the bank of the Shenandoah’s running river. Enjoy the lush green forest across the river while drinking your morning coffee in the sunroom. You’ll see that this serene setting brings a daily refuge of birds nesting and hummingbirds feeding to the top deck. The sunroom is so cozy and inviting. It seems as if the house is on stilts sitting over the running river. The River House has two large decks, a patio and boats for your family’s enjoyment. We love visiting Shepherdstown and especially enjoyed the location of the apartment, which is very central to downtown, the university and the C&O canal. So convenient. The apartment was very clean and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped. We thought the apartment quite comfortable and enjoyed our week long stay. We will certainly try to book the apartment again next time we are in town. Oh - and we highly recommend the little natural/organic grocer/deli virtually next door to the apartment. We were able to find what we needed there and they have wonderful sourdough bread.

fantastic mountain getaway. at first we were bummed the weather was going to keep us inside but this Airbnb made it such an enjoyable and relaxing vacation nonetheless. beds were very comfortable, space was beautiful, and such a bonus that they provided the firewood for evening fires. will absolutely be coming back to see this space intiple seasons.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this property. The view was stunning, and we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, convenient location, and spacious outdoor area—it was a perfect spot to unwind. There were a few downsides worth mentioning. The outdoor dining table shown in the listing photos wasn’t actually there, which was disappointing since we had planned to eat outside. We also reached out to the host to ask how to turn on the deck light but didn’t receive a response. Additionally, the tap water didn’t look okay to drink, so we stuck to bottled water for the weekend. Overall, it was still a positive experience, and with a few improvements, this place could be even better

The place is super clean, thoughtfully stocked with things you might need, and is in a perfect location. There is private parking and the home is so charming and cute! I cannot say enough good things about the home and owners! They respond quickly to messages and are accommodating to requests. We will definitely be staying there again in the future and highly recommend this adorable little home!
