Had a fabulous weekend at Melissa & Tom’s property which is in an excellent location, 5 to 10 mins from quality bars and restaurants. Easy check in with on site parking and in a lovely quiet location. Wife particularly pleased with the main bed as she has hip problems bless her. Can easily recommend this property for a weekend or week away and wife is already wanting to book here for later in the year.

The property was lovely and clean, we were provided with an information booklet which included nearby restaurants and shops, travel advice and much more! The location was perfect, only a quick 25 minute bus to the centre, and very safe and quiet area to stay. The room itself was very spacious with the bathroom having amazing toiletries to utilise, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Jacquie was lovely and communicated well making everthing very clear, with the check in/out, how to get there, and more. Would definitely stay again.

we came to Manchester to see robbie williams and were lucky to find warrens boutique apartment available. I've used lots of air b n b over the years and what struck me was exceptionall communication from the moment we booked from warren it's really helpfull to be presented with a list of reccomend restaurants in advance. the apartment feels really secure and every detail you can tell has been meticulously thought through. such a comfy bed great lighting through out big fridge freezer lots of towels and great wall art I highly reccomend this apartment thanks warren!

We had a wonderful stay, the view is amazing, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable with a great shower. Less than a 15 minute walk into Otley with a variety of restaurants and a large range of pubs. Great locations for exploring and Chevin Forest is on your doorstep.

Best airbnb experience to date. Personable, responsive and communicative hosts. Immaculate presentation of the apartment and absolutely spotless with excellent attention to detail. Everything to optimise your guest experience has been considered here by Mark & Ali. Hassle free parking arrangements and so close to the centre. Really comfortable beds and sofa with high quality furnishings and linen. Would absolutely recommend this place and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in York after staying here - this experience has definitely created a whole new airbnb benchmark!

Great flat just outside the city! Was no more than a 20 minute walk to the city through a very great area. We could have took the bus but chose to walk each day. You are close to delicious cafes, lots of shops and groceries, and a great running route. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Perfect amount of room for two of us. The only slight hiccup was the internet was slightly slow a couple times when we were both streaming or video calling. Other than that a great stay! York blew us away and hopefully we will be back!

Had a great short stay! Perfect for what we needed. On street parking was spot on - great to walk into town. Peaceful nights rest, very pleased to see coffee in the cupboard in the morning too, thank you!

Aaron is an excellent host. We stayed for a month with our dog. We were made to feel welcome from the start to the end of our visit. The accommodation is great we felt comfortable and relaxed. The location is good for shops, takeaways and not far from the city centre. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Aaron.

Our second time staying here with our dog, and we couldn't fault it. Fab communication and the place has everything you need for a short break. It is the perfect location to explore the Peak District!

The Annex apartment is the perfect little hide away, yet centrally situated. I very much appreciate the off road parking space which was provided. Great view from the kitchen. Great walks. Great chippy. A very friendly place to visit. Would certainly consider returning again. Chris.

Lionel and his partner are incredible hosts with a great flat that is seconds away from some of the best locations in Manchester. The building's amenities are fantastic and there are great views from both the flat balcony and the pool. Greatly enjoyed my stay and happy to meet them.

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.
