Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Harstad Municipality

Flott bolig med god plass. Utrolig flott å sitte ved kjøkkenbordet å se harene sprette rundt. Vi var 7 stykker i huset uten at dette medførte at vi gikk oppå hverandre.

Der Anfang war problematisch, ein Nachbar musste bis 22:30 wegen des Schlüssels auf uns warten, da dieser nicht, wie in der Anzeige angegeben, in einer Box mit Code zugänglich war. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Besonders wie sauber alles war! Unser Hauptwunsch ging in Erfüllung: die Nordlichter tanzten über den Himmel. Wir hatten sogar ein paar Mal Glück. Die Insel ist interessant, jetzt im Oktober bunt gefärbt mit dem Blick auf die schroffen Schneegipfel ringsum. Spannend auch die Anlagen des Space-Centers. Einkaufen in Andenes ist kein Problem, leider gibt es keine Tourist-Info mehr. Eigentlich ist Oktober keine gute Reisezeit: das große Walbeobachtungsboot macht Pause (entgegen der Angaben auf deren homepage), die Rib-Boote fahren oft nicht, wegen zu hoher Wellen. Fantastische Wolken, Wellengischt und die wunderbare Landschaft haben uns entschädigt. Auch ist der herrliche Wintergarten mit dem spektakulären Rundum-Blick eher etwas für wärmere Monate.

Das schön eingerichtete Haus von Christina hat alles was man benötigt. Guter Ausgangspunkt fūr Wanderungen, bei denen wir Elche und Rentiere sahen. In Harstad fanden wir ausgezeichnete Restaurants.

Beautiful and large cabin overlooking the tiny harbour of Skrolsvik. Keep in mind that this is a remote location at the southwestern tip of Senja island (around 65km to Finnsnes and 18km to the next supermarket) - if you are looking for a quiet place, this should be perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Andreas was very kind and always answered promptly to the few questions we had. When there was an issue with the warm water supply, he managed to get it fixed on the long Pentecost weekend. Really excellent! For activities nearby, there are a few options: visit the Gammelbutikken in Skrolsvik (opens in June); walk up Sjursviktinden (837m with great views); take the boat to Harstad (3x a week); take a dip in the sea at the small beach below Skrolsvik Fort; enjoy delicious fish soup at Hyttekroa (40 minutes drive). If the weather makes outdoor activities difficult, you can always enjoy the view through the panoramic windows across the fjord to the mountains of Grytøya island.

Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Vi var seks voksne, to små barn og en liten baby. Det var rent og pent, friske blomster sto på bordene. På badet lå det klart stellematte og kluter til babyen. To jenter på 5 og 3 storkoste seg på lekerommet som hadde leker som var midt i blinken for dem. Vi var heldige med været, og kunne sitte ute på verandaen. Huset har en nydelig utsikt. Vi følte oss velkommen fra vi kom inn døra og kan varmt anbefale dette til andre.

Erittäin rauhallinen ja idyllinen kalastajakylä. Itse kylä on aika pieni ja lähin kauppa on 20km päässä, mikä kannattaa ottaa huomioon. Senjan saari on täynnä upeita paikkoja, mihin on autolla lyhyt matka. Skrolsvikissä on vanha natsien rakentama sotilasasema/tukikohta, mikä on todellakin näkemisen arvoinen paikka ja vaellusreittejä läheisille vuorille lähtee ihan muutaman kilometrin päästä majoituspaikasta. Majapaikan isäntä on erittäin ystävällinen ja vastasi nopeasti kysymyksiin. Kohde on erittäin iso ja tilava. Sänkypaikat löytyi yhteensä 10 hengelle neljästä eri makuuhuoneesta. Vahva suositus kohteelle!

One of the best Airbnb accommodations we have had! Caring host and hostess. Somewhat isolated location, so car is definitely needed to reach services.

After very bad experience with other Airbnb, we had to find last minute replacement and Siv was super friendly and responsive, happy to accomodate us on very short notice. Her house is absolutely georgeous, squaky clean and extremely well equipped with everything you can even think of, suitable for longer stays too. She left us couple of welcome drinks and some chocolate which was a very nice touch. The area around the house is beautiful and peaceful with lots of wildlife. I can definitely recommend her cabin, we would love to come back!

Il soggiorno è stato Ottimo, la casa enorme e stupenda, con un sacco di sorprese.... Solo Un paio di appunti però 1. L'acqua si é bloccata spesso e andava resettata. 2. Converrebbe rifare un controllo sulle pulizie generali 3. Abbiamo trovato parecchio cibo che non era nostro.

We were in the area visiting some of the islands and doing some hiking. This house has quite a bit of room and contains everything you need for a stay of days or weeks, from comfortable chairs to a good bed and a well equipped kitchen. Some nice hikes are in the vicinity, smaller store at 5km and bigger ones 50km north (Andenes). I can recommend a stay here.

Wonderful modern home with glorious views. Orjan was friendly and responsive throughout. Would definitely stay again.

Sleeping in the glass dome was a wonderful experience. It was cozy, clean and warm. Ragnar received us very friendly and offered a welcome drink. During our stay he and the rest of the staff was always around to help, answer questions and give tips about what to do in the area to get a good and local experience. Bathrooms and kitchens as well as the sauna and music room are located in the main building and for everyone to use. Some parts are still being renovated. It is a unique place with the vibe of a hostel where you will meet many nice people.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Villa. Maria war immer sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Die Aussicht vom Haus ist wunderschön und es ist gut erreichbar. Es hat einen 24/7 Shop, welcher zu Fuss erreichbar ist und ein sehr umfangreiches Sortiment hat. Der Whirlpool ist sauber und einfach zu bedienen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Le logement est MAGNIFIQUE, chaque élément est de très bonne qualité, très propre et très fonctionnel malgré un espace réduit. Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment superbe dans ce logement, dommage pour nous la météo n'était pas du tout avec nous, donc pas d'aurore boréal et pas beaucoup de visibilité. Heureusement que le logement, le jacuzzi nous a permis de profiter de la nature.. très reposant. Cela fait beaucoup de bien de juste être dans le lit à regarder la nature.
