Waterfront holiday rentals in Harstad

We stayed 2 nights in Hans' residence. It is a super cozy cabin with a beautiful view. The jacuzzi is also really wonderful! It is quietly located and the ideal base for a trip in the Vesterålen. We will definitely come back here when we are in the region again!

The hosts were very helpful and answered all the questions we had :) the place was spacious, cosy, well equipped, the location was perfect - close to the train station, shops, sauna, etc. I highly recommend staying here if you want to have pleasant time in Narvik!

Great stay! I was able to check in earlier than booked. The hosts have really gone out of their way to stand out, both with cleanliness and extras. There were snacks and soda, extra chargers, bathroom products and dog bags.

If you’re looking for a place to relax with family, this is a perfect fit. The rental is spacious and well appointed. Everything you need for cooking is available as well as a grocery store just a few minutes away by car. Sven is helpful and responsive to questions. The environment is quiet, scenic, and peaceful.

Very beautiful surrundings a the sea and the mountains in Senja. Nice and cosy house to relaxe in and enjoy trips in the area. Very good tour guidance from Harvard and his wife.

Very nice and clean accommodation. The landscape is very peaceful. The host is friendly and really very responsive to messages. We didn't miss anything. If we come back to this area we would rent this place again without hesitation!

The view from the place is just amazing

The cabin is not new and you should not expect any super comfort. Despite this, the house has all the amenities: hot water, electricity, toilet, bathroom, etc. It was very nice that there were freezers in the basement, we were able to freeze and take us to Estonia😃. No one ever writes about this for some reason. In general, the house is exactly equal to price=quality. We may even come back.

Within ~1 year, this place got 20 five-star reviews. The only reason it hasn't crossed 50 is: Sortland is less popular than mainland Lofoten. The place is not only handled with, but also designed with utmost care. Originally built in 1934, every corner of it carries a meaning that not even an unwatchful guest can ignore. There is family heritage, and there is just the right amount of it. That's where the comfort begins. Living room is smaller than its photos. But with modern furniture & a smart TV, you never run out of indulgence. Kitchen & barbecue hut are well-equipped with utensils and tools for all types of cooking. Bedrooms are comfy, and just right for the cosy cuddles. The grassy, lush outside with a private beach is kept free of bugs by hosts. You can't get enough of the hot tub under starry/green sky! The best part is the proactive hosts who promply fulfill all unmet needs. The house, with all its warmth, keeps luring you. A tough fight against luscious Lofoten!

From the moment we booked, communication with Vigdis was seamless and warm, making us feel welcome even before we arrived. Vigdis is the most welcoming and kind host one could wish for. Check-in instructions were super clear, she always responded quickly and shared tips on things to do on the island. The house itself is an absolute gem - cozy, inviting, and beautifully decorated to create a true home-away-from-home feeling. Waking up to the stunning sea view, surrounded by Norway’s breathtaking nature, was an experience in itself. The flat was really friendly and tidy, would recommend to anyone even for a longer stay. It was calm and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Easy car ride to Narvik. We haven't met the owners but the communication was smooth.

Fantastic place to stay!!! It’s a good location, 2min driving from the main road, facing beautiful mountains and water. Fully furnished apartment, very clean and modern, everything works smoothly. The host provides great instructions and reply to messages really fast❤️recommend

Very cozy apartment in a nice location close to the sea. Tidy and clean, so everything was tip-top. About 15/20 minute walk to the city center, so it's a nice little walk.

The house is very clean, the facilities are very new, the heating is very sufficient, the living room and kitchen are very large, although the view of the sea is blocked by a house at the door, but it does not affect the view when you step out. The location is ideal for friends who are driving.

Beautiful views from the property! Lovely balcony with evening sun. Older bathroom but functional. New comfortable bed. Malin was quick to respond to the contact that we had.

Very nice house that fits perfectly when you are many on a trip. Nice bathrooms, large bedrooms and a living room/kitchen that can accommodate many. We lacked nothing during our stay and had good communication with our hosts. Recommended!
