Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hart District

We had a delightful one night stay at The Nest on our way to the south coast. After a long day of travel, arriving at The Nest was a welcome embrace. Spotlessly clean and so cozy, it is clear that Sally and Steven have put much care and effort into making this lovely space an oasis. We slept well and were appreciative of the optional breakfast. Steven's culinary skills provided us with a hearty start to the day and we enjoyed the opportunity of chatting with Sally and learning more about the area. Our only regret is that this was a one night stay. If ever in the area, we would certainly stay again. While we did not visit on this trip, we highly recommend nearby Petworth--both the town and the National Trust property are within easy reach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, beautiful brand new spacious house with a lovely garden and great parking, I definitely recommend his accommodation.

The house made us feel at home. It was clean, but there were more of the host's personal items around the house than we expected. Easy to park, and for our needs, it was a perfect location! We found everything in the house that we needed, fridge/freezer with plenty of space, washing machine, pans and everything there for us to prepare delicious meals. The sofa was nice, big and comfortable, perfect to relax when opening the living room door to the outside and enjoying the breeze and light.

We had a lovely few days at Denise’s. The surroundings are stunning & it was a perfect base for a sister getaway. Hopefully will return with hubby & fur baby next time

This was my second time at The Mews and I couldn’t recommend more! It’s very private and peaceful but very close to lots of things. There was plenty of space and the welcome basket was the sweetest touch! Will definitely be booking again!

Staying at Tim and Caroline's was probably the best airbnb experience we've ever had. Their beautiful home was one of those places that feel like home as soon as soon as you walk inside! The home was full of character, extremely well-decorated, and comfortably furnished; it had plenty of space and enough beds for our larger family. The hosts were so kind to leave some toys out for our children to play with. Our kids LOVED the in-ground trampoline in the garden the most. The gardens were absolutely stunning!!! We spent quite a bit of time just relaxing outside while the kids bounced and played. The home is in a fantastic location! It's close to the train station - for those wanting to go into the city - and minutes from grocery stores, shopping and many restaurants. The street it's on is quiet and private, which was perfect for our family. Tim gave us many recommendations, which we were thankful for. Tim and Caroline were perfect, helpful hosts. Thank you!!!!

I had a wonderful stay, Siriol was a wonderful host. A lovely location to stay, and the bread, eggs, milk etc were lovely touch. Highly recommend

What a wonderful place to stay! Location The location is amazing. Peaceful and tranquil but only a short walk along the beautiful woodland & watercress beds/ river to the town which has an amazing play park, soft play, cafes, shops and restaurants. Lovely country pub the Titchborne Arms just a short drive away. Sleep/ bedrooms So peaceful and tranquil. Very high quality mattresses and linen. Had a wonderful sleep. Amenities/ added extra We felt they were very generous for the price point. Nice welcome items milk, coffee pods, good salt, tea, granola etc. loads of shower gel, shampoo. Great to have a coffee machine and smart TV. Also Hosts were very warm & approachable but not intrusive. The barn was very clean and parking was really easy. It has a shower and bath, very soft towels. All in all a great stay!

We had stayed here before, two years. Ago. The place is just as good, even better with some upgrading, notably aircon (doubles as heater when cold) which was fantastic given the hot & sunny weather this year. Had a great meal at the Magpie, overlooking the river.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s! As a family with a baby and a young child, it was perfect, peaceful and well equipped for our stay. We particularly loved having breakfast provided there in the mornings, and the view was fantastic! It is a short walk to Marlow city centre and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Joanne’s. She was responsive to our questions and promptly met us when we arrived. Directions were great. A friendly lady who showed us the flat and kindly left us to explore. Wonderful location and easy to walk to Hampton Court Palace for a concert. Would definitely stay again. Lovely studio apartment. Very well equipped and the addition of provisions on arrival was very much appreciated. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained. James was a great host - welcoming and responsive. And even picked us up from the station as it was such a hot day. We hope to return at some point and would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

The apartment was comfortable and quiet. The location was beautiful, and Jayne was very helpful and responsive. Also, it was an easy walk to the terrific Half Moon pub.

Christine was very hospitable, attentive and helpful :) she helped us make reservations at a local pub, she gave us a phone number for the local cab that helped us when we couldn’t find a ride to the train station, she greeted us and offered us tea and had non dairy milk which was awesome, her breakfast in the morning was delicious and I felt very comfortable and at home here. Beautiful garden that was nice to walk around. Cute town that is walkable and peaceful. I would stay here again everything was lovely.

What a fantastic find - beautiful location, gorgeous house and garden and Abigail is such a wonderful, friendly, thoughtful and accomodating host. Even the many different birds make you feel welcome. You couldn't wish for more at this idyllic cottage. Highly recommended.

This stay was really outstanding for the beautiful English garden, so well maintained, so peaceful. Kate and Mark are friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Their historical home has been well maintained and updated. Very cozy and comfortable. For Jane Austen fans, the location cannot be better, one really walks in her footsteps. Highly recommended!

Lucy was extremely hospitable & thoughtful ! The fridge in my room has crumpets inside !! Cute ! A bowl of little varied chocolates, one of fruit & cutlery , a breakfast bowl , kettle : tea , coffee , hot chocolate and more , she thought of everything , and even had some toiletries incl shampoo & conditioner.. my room has its own showroom / toilet 👍🏼 Very communicative , friendly , helpful and happy for you to enjoy her garden and home ! Will def stay again if I return ! Plus Sassy her fluffy grey cat is a bonus ! Thanks L! 🪷

We loved this place. This farm stay has been carefully thought out, and is set against rolling Hampshire Hills with the bonus of young calves (at the time of our stay) in the paddock behind the property. This is a great location, well presented, walkable and comfortable. We stayed during a heatwave, but the barn style doors did a good job of helping keep the place cool. The hosts are very friendly and provided us with local milk (yum), along with juices, jams and breakfast items which was a nice touch. We enjoyed this property and would happily stay again!
