Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hartbeespoort

I had a lovely stay at Lauren's home. As other reviewers have noted, it is such a peaceful, warm place in the middle of the city, with easy uber/car access to everything that you need (I rarely waited more than 2-3 minutes for an uber). The garden area is so peaceful, the home is very well equipped, and Lauren is very responsive and helpful.

We had such a lovely stay—thank you to the hosts for being so warm, welcoming, and accommodating! The place was spotless and even better than expected, with more amenities than advertised. It was our first time staying here, but definitely won’t be the last. Such a quick and refreshing escape from the city—already looking forward to our next visit!

We had an absolutely wonderful 5-day stay at this Airbnb — truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The house has been beautifully remodeled, with all-new, high-quality furnishings and appliances that are not only functional but also thoughtfully chosen and stylish. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need — from the kitchen to the bedrooms — without feeling cluttered. The attention to detail really stood out, and everything felt fresh, clean, and inviting. The host is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended — we would absolutely stay here again!

We had a lovely time at Sigrid's place. We did struggle a bit to find it (in the dark), and we were warned about arriving after dark, but still felt that there were some key turns where signage could've been helpful. Apart from that, it is a great place to stay, spacious, neat, clean, and private, in a beautiful natural setting. The fireplace outside is also great. We will go back whenever there is another opportunity.

Our stay at Yana’s beautiful 3-bedroom Airbnb was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — even better than the photos. She even kindly had fresh flowers for our stay put in. The living areas were spacious and perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring. Yana has thought of everything — from a fully stocked kitchen to small, thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, cozy blankets, and local recommendations. The WiFi was strong, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The location was fantastic as well — quiet, safe, and conveniently close to everything we needed, from restaurants and cafes to parks and shopping. Rosebank is only 4 mins away by car. Above all, Yana was an outstanding host — responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring about our experience. The was one of the best air B&B’s I have stayed at. We were safe and felt at home. My son loved that he could play in the garden. The host was also incredibly accommodating at all times. I would love to go back there again.

What can I say about this place, heaven! I needed a room that will give me a bit of luxury and also space and Uwas place was just that. From the well design flat to clean house with all I needed. Added with a touch of luxury, it’s the place I would go to over and over again.

The place was so neat and beautiful, it was home away from home. I wished to extend my stay while i was there. The host was also helpful and proactive. Never struggled to get anything i wanted.

Paul's place was cozy, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe. Easy uber ride to most things. Paul was communicative and responsive. We had a very nice stay.

This is a beautiful flat that is in a very quiet and safe area. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Just a note it has two flights of stairs, it may be a challenge for some people to get to. Highly recommended

I stayed in Unit 3 on this beautiful property and really enjoyed my stay. A lovely view greets you from a superbly appointed apartment. Top quality appliances and all the facilities you could need including a washer dryer. The bathroom is lovely , the bed is comfortable and the balcony steals the show. I really enjoyed my 3 days there. I would note thought that access to Unit 3 requires walking along a narrow path with some natural rock steps through Charles ,frankly, spectacular garden. If mobility is an issue, ask for unit 1 or 2. Great find . Thank you .

Amazing unit with incredible views...

Elize was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The surroundings were so peaceful and relaxing, perfect for anyone needing a break from the hustle and bustle. I especially loved waking up to the quiet mornings and enjoying the calm atmosphere throughout my stay. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s well-maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and you can tell the host really cares about creating a great guest experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a restful getaway with a kind and attentive host. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at this property. The space was perfect for our large group, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The pictures on Airbnb accurately represent the property, so there were no surprises upon arrival. Daphne was very accessible and communicated clearly throughout the booking and stay. While accessing the location was a bit challenging, co-host Beezy was incredibly helpful and patient. Beezy made sure we had clear directions and kept us at ease throughout the process, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious, rustic experience and serene getaway!
