Before booking this space please read all the information. This is a basement apartment, with a kitchen, bedroom, and a bathroom. Here are a few considerations before u book. The ceilings measured from top to floor a little over 6 ft. There is a sub pump. You usually hear it when it flushes. However, the noise is not unbearable. But if you are a light sleeper, maybe this is not for you. There is 1 free parking space in the backyard, and free parking on the street.
