Chalet holiday rentals in Hartford

This was our 2nd stay at this property. If you love the Berkshires and all the activities available, this house and property are perfect. It is very well maintained and the great room is perfect for our large family. Nothing like the hot tub and sitting around a fire after a busy day of hiking and Tanglewood. Wendy is an excellent host, never a problem.

The cottage is ideally situated and worked well for my family for last minute weekend getaway to Hamptons. The place is super clean and tidy, the host and on site property manager is very responsive and helpful. The place is small and just as described, was comfortable for my family of four. I want to emphasize the place was really clean and tidy, a bit dated but had its own charm. We also had a covered patio so didn’t feel tight or cramped. The cottage is also less than 2 miles from the beach. I would recommend the place for a couple and for a family with two small children as a base to visit the Hamptons and surrounding areas.

Our family had a very nice time! Kids loved it. I definitely recommend it.

In addition their home was filled with interesting gadgets and beautiful aesthetic, they’ve inspired to replace every toilet in my house! I hope I have the pleasure of staying here again! Great location, 1 mile from the beach They give you a beach parking pass, which is key!

This was an absolutely fabulous place to stay! The grounds were in a lovely wooded area under the stars. Super clean, Bar B Q grill, great patio, large bed, fully functioning kitchen. Matt was excellent at providing information before hand, and responsive to queries. Super close to amazing hampton beaches, two mile hollow and beach lane. Also close to seafood mart with amazing lobster salad and a bagel place with iced coffee for the gays. Ask about the catch of the day. Loved it all!

Great bedroom, great area! It is very good size bedroom, it looks smaller in the pictures It has a small fridge and small microwave , a dresser, fan , AC. small TV. Very very Comfortable bed, nice and clean. The bathroom is right outside the room and just for the Airbnb guests. I did not have any problem with the shower and I am 5' 8" Peaceful neighborhood.

The house was a great Memorial weekend spot for my family & pet. The garden was beautifully maintained, and the living space open and inviting. We found lots of do in the area, including the Bash Bish waterfall, the old taconic railway turned hiking path, and the Berkshire botanic gardens. There were bunnies hopping around the lawn and plentiful birdsong. Really an idyllic escape from the city. Would love to stay again!

Lovely stay in western MA. Well furnished home with all the comforts of home. Loved the screened in eating porch and spent a good amount of time sitting around the large table. We had a lot of fun using the amenities like the sauna. Since it was a but early in the season we didn't get out on the lake but enjoyed the view and relaxing in nature.

The Carriage House is beautiful and Meredith and Mike are great hosts. The kitchen has everything you could ever need (not to mention arriving to a fridge with local milk and fresh eggs). The bedrooms and bathrooms are pristine. Mike even offered to help our son collect the eggs from the coop. All round exceptional stay.

The Lakeview Chalet is an amazing place for a group retreat. We had a great weekend there. Each one of us found something to do at the house, around the house (neighborhood walks, kayaking), and in the area (Appalachian trail), Beacon. It's the perfect location for us to get around in the Hudson Valley. Plus Elvira and Vlad are extremely communicative. Highly recommend!

Sandeep was an awesome host! He always responded promptly and even went out of his way to give me tour guide suggestions. Sandeep was always willing to help and made me feel appreciated. Sandeeps’s home was beautiful! The home was right near the water and there were even kayaks that Sandeep supplied to go kayaking. Peaceful area and beautiful scenery! So easy to check in and out.

I cannot recommend Wylda's place enough! This was absolutely nothing short of a 5 star stay. Accurate listing, a beautiful and comfy home, and an unbelievably stunning, secluded, and private property tucked into nature, between two lakes no less!! I came here to get away from it all, and this property exceeded my expectations. The amount of birds you'll hear singing through all parts of the day almost doesn't even feel real. Not to mention, Wylda is a wonderful host. I will absolutely be back here again!!

The chalet was perfect for our relaxing 5 day vacation. We enjoyed swimming off the dock and taking the kayaks out on the lake. The space is wonderful and the view is amazing! We found it hard to get motivated to go out to dinner and lunch because we didn't want to miss one second of the wonderful view!

We had a great stay at David’s place. Sleepy hollow lake is a very quiet neighborhood but close to Hudson and all other amenities. The house felt very private and secluded. We had multiple families staying there and the sound did not travel at all between floors. Kids loved playing downstairs and watching movies while the parents could relax upstairs and make dinner. All in all would very highly recommend
