This is a completely furnished living space that is part of my shop. It is quite country living just 12 miles from Emporia. Amenities included: 1 bedroom with king bed, and dresser space. Two loveseat sofas in living room that fold out into single beds. Roku smart TV. WIFI. Completely stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Covered Porch with gas grill, pellet smoker and fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boat, fishing gear, disc golf baskets, corn hole boards, and basketball goal. Stocked pond with dock.

You are renting a century-old homestead house. Bathroom on the main floor, 5 beds upstairs. If you are physically impaired, stairs may be challenging for you. Just 20 minutes from Emporia, Hartford is a small town with a Library, bank, post office, coffee shop and gas station with pizza and sandwiches, most Saturday mornings (weather permitting) The Amish have baked goods available. And now we have a disc golf course in town! Like the outdoors this Cozy cabin is located just across the river from the Flint Hills National Wildlife refuge. Only a 2 min. walk to the Neosho River! Hunting, fishing, hiking, and bird watching all at your fingertips.

The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms featuring queen sized beds, the bedrooms are accessed by stairs and are connected by an open walk way featuring the exposed beams. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for a meal, and there is a laundry area for use. Watch the native wildlife in the wooded area surrounding the cabin just 3 miles north of Iola, KS.
