This was our first Airbnb stay and couldn't be more pleased with our stay here. Everything from beginning to end was fantastic. The place was nice, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The privacy fenced in back yard was a bonus since we had our lil doggie traveling with us! This will be our go to when back in town visiting family!

Jennifer was the best Host! My maid of honor and I stayed here the night before my wedding since it was close to where we were getting married. I also did my father/daughter reveal outside here and it was Perfect! Thank you Jennifer for everything, helping me out with all my questions and concerns with timing! The place was wonderful. Very rustic and vintage made to resemble the days of old, fitting of a historic hotel, I believe. Very clean with good instructions, and Jennifer was very responsive and kind every time I talked to her. I only had one slight issue, but it wasn't much and a call with Jennifer can clear that right up so that covers all bases. Also the place has some lovely antiques on display and is worth the time it takes to appreciate and view them.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this location in Florence. The place is very clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and very easy to get into. The location was perfect for our needs, close to stores, food, and Francis Marion University. Wempy is a great host and very repsonsive. He answers mail within minutes and is always helpful. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay while in town for a wedding. It provided a comfortable space to stay with plenty of room. Had everything we needed. Sweet little neighborhood and so close to swan lake for a beautiful walk.

Everything was great! We really enjoyed the stay and would consider coming back. I definitely recommend it to someone looking to have a vacation at the lake. The kids enjoyed swimming and kayaking. We fished for a little bit. It was very relaxing.

Loved being on the Lake. I saw some of the most beautiful sunsets and even spotted an eagle from the large windows. It can get a bit humid, but I was fortunate enough to be there during the winter, so it was not bad at all. Also, when I mentioned a little humidity, the owner sent a dehumidifier right away, which was great. I was there for 2 months, so I really got to know the neighbors as well. Everyone was kind and helpful. Come here to relax, kayak, and just enjoy nature. There is a cookout area if you bring the necessary supplies. And plenty of people kayak on the lake when the weather permits. If you have children, there is a large playground next door. It's not too loud of course. The apartment is directly next to lake, so I never heard any children and I hardly heard the neighbors. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Very beautiful inside the home, loved it, had pretty much everything you would need there. Also very friendly!

Location could not be more perfect! We were visiting friends in Mill Bridge and this location was very convenient to go back and forth. Not to mention, it's right in the heart of it all with great local restaurants and hangouts just steps away. The house was very clean, just as described on the listing, and very well appointed. If you are considering this place, just go for it! Hoping I can be back soon as well!
