Harty Ferry is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is popular with bird watching, cycling, walking or enjoying the beaches. Hartys Capel Fleet Raptour viewing point is only a 10 minute walk away, the award winning pub The Ferry House Inn is within a 5 minute drive away or a nice walk through the country

A 14th Century self contained wing off the main house set in a peaceful location just outside Faversham, Kent. This charming cottage is ideal for anyone wanting to explore Kent. Or if you just want to relax, bring a book or two and relax in front of the woodburner fire. There are bridleways and public footpaths on the doorstep, which are beautiful anytime of the year, being in the heart of the Garden of England. There are many National Trust/ English Heritage attractions in close proximity.

Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.
