The apartment has 80 square meters and a terrace. There is a master bedroom with a large bed and fitted wardrobes. The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Stylishly furnished apartment in a quiet location. Perfect for hiking in the Teutoburg Forest, or for cozy evenings on the terrace, overlooking the small garden, which is completely fenced. Ibbenbüren city center is 3 km away and within walking distance. A fully automatic coffee machine is also available. Have a wonderful vacation in Twente. Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of the art town of Ootmarsum. The nature reserves Springendal and Ottershagen are within walking/cycling distance. You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. Holiday house "Grube" in Dwergte In the middle of the beautiful recreational and nature reserve Thülsfelder Talsperre is located in the middle of the tasteful holiday home. It is distributed on 2 floors, on the ground floor there is living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 and bathroom 1 and access to the terrace with garden. Here they can relax and enjoy the tranquility. On the 1st floor there are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.

Historic Farm House in Countryside

This type of house is known as " ein Heuerhaus'. It was built in 1883 and is one of the few remaining such houses in the area. We renovated it in the late1980's and it is recognised as a National Monument. The area we converted into the appartment for our guests, was originally used for storing the hay and straw for the animals winter fodder The house is surrounded by a large garden and uninterrupted view of the countryside.
