You can also see the light from the inn. On a summer morning, you can see a magical view of sunlight from among the trees due to weather conditions. The water in the Enhara River is cold, but in the summer, the children are playing in the river energetically. Temperatures drop a lot in the river, so even those who escape the heat and cool off. There are a few river play spots a little downstream, and the water is crystal clear and it is nice to swim beautifully. Cozy, Clean, Convenient & quiet home in Gifu

I came to Gifu in 2018, I think it was it’s unpretentiousness that attracted me . The people here seem relaxed and easy going, hospitable and very much in love with their hometown which in the Gifu park area retains much of the (Kyoto like) feeling of traditional Japan with it’s castle and a host of well maintained shrines. I don't think many people have heard of Gifu, even Japanese people, inspite of the Great heritage sights like Shirakawago, beautiful mountains and clear water rivers!

"Moegi" is an old folk house lodging along the Nakasendo in Gifu. We renovated a 60-year-old, 150㎡ old private house to create a private lodging where you can relax. "Moegi" is the name of a traditional Japanese color. It was named to wish for a "good start'' and "child's growth.'' There is a playroom of approximately 32 m² for children. Don't worry if you can't go sightseeing due to rain. There are also many sightseeing spots in the area, making it an ideal base for sightseeing.
