Country charm and swimming lake on the outskirts of Rønne. 200 m2 renovated living house on a large plot with trampoline, cable car, sandbox, swings etc. Wooden terrace of 80 m2 overlooking Rønne and the Baltic Sea, as well as large gas grill and partially covered. Large kitchen/living room with kitchen island, dining area for 10, sofa, TV system and PlayStation. Just outside the door is a trail system that circles Rønne with good walking and running routes and nice mountain bike trails. The house is located right by Porcelænssøen, where you can fish, sail and swim.

The house is old, quirky and charming. The stairs are a little steep and the 1st floor is amazing. The area invites you to long walks and runs, beach swimming, picnics, sunsets and holidays. Here are great mountain bike routes and lots of Bornholm's wonderful magic.

With this refurbished and charming cottage, you get one of Bornholm's finest sea and forest views. You live with your own exit to the forest and overlooking the most beautiful sunset over the sea. You can also see Hammershus from the house. The wooden terraces around the house allow you to find space in the sun at all times of the day. When you open the wide double doors, the terrace becomes part of the living room. The light, water, forest and hilly nature are absolutely magical on this part of Bornholm's north coast.

Havhusets gæsteafdeling på 84 m2, er beliggende 100 meter fra kystlinjen. Nordøst for huset går der en gangsti til Allinge, hvor en vandretur byder på smukke klipper og sandstrande. Fra køkkenvindue og badeværelsesvindue er der hav-kig. I 2023 blev der bygget feriehuse på grunden foran mit hus. Så nu er udsigten klods på klods. Central beliggenhed med blot 400 m. til Tejn havn hvor daglig-brugsen, Penyllan Brewery og Smedjen- Streetfood, ligger. Ovenfor på Nordre Strandvej findes Brødre Bageri.

Our spacious home boasts an exceptional location directly by the sea, offering breathtaking views of the water. The house serves as the perfect starting point for exciting hikes and experiences. Tejn is considered one of the most up-and-coming towns on Bornholm at the moment. Gudhjem, Allinge, and Hammershus are just a short drive away, providing endless opportunities to explore the island's charm and culture. We love sharing its unique atmosphere when we're not using the house ourselves.

Arkitekttegnet lavenergihus i træ fra Østerlars savværk. Huset ligger hævet over Listed(Svaneke), 1 minuts gang fra badestigen på havnen og 5 minutters gang fra den smukke strand "Høl". Huset ligger ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Christians Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, og kæledyr ikke tilladt. Opholdet er uden sengelinned, håndklæder etc, men kan bestilles i god tid for 200 DKK per person.

140 sqm house with 3 bedrooms and a master bedroom, spread over 3 floors and a small annex. Our house is located in the first row directly facing east and the sunrise. Our small town is called Aarsdale and contains both Mikkeller Bar and Gorms Pizza, and is even only 3.5 km south of Svaneke. We have a sit-on-top kayak in the garage incl. life jackets that may be used. In addition, we have a trampoline in our lovely wild garden, and a ping-pong table in our basement.

Børnevenligt parcelhus. Indhegnede haver med legefaciliteter, stor syd/vest vendt terrasse. Indendørs har vi både en pejsestue indrettet som legearena samt legeværelser. På soveværelset er en stor samsovningsseng på 2x3 meter. Vi har sauna. Grill, havemøbler, liggestole, parasoller og markise. I kan parkere i vores carport. OBS! Vi har to katte som kan holdes ude med lukkede døre + tre kaniner som gerne under opholdet må få fyldt op i mad- og drikkeskål.

In the countryside, 8 km north of Rønne and 4 km south of Hasle, lies this beautiful house. With this place as a base, it is not far to the many opportunities for excursions on Bornholm. The large garden invites relaxation between sightseeing and excursions, but is large enough for games and ball games. Most of the garden is fenced with hedges, but be aware that dogs can leave the garden.

We make a virtue out of using objects with history, and you will find things from French castles and modern Danish design.
