The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. The Dairy, Haslemere - direct access to Black Down

The Dairy is a characterful and elegant detached converted dairy. It sits adjacent to our farmhouse in the beautiful 16 acre grounds of our home. With direct access from our garden to Blackdown National Trust land it is the perfect, tranquil location from which to explore. We are just 5 minutes drive from the train station and town centre and perfectly located to visit market towns of Guildford, Godalming, Midhurst, Petworth and Petersfield, as well as Goodwood and the coast.

The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Self-contained studio hideaway, with home cinema

The Bothy is a self contained home cinema/studio tucked away in the village of Bramshott, where Hampshire, meets the Surrey and Sussex borders. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and ancient woods. A large, open plan space, all on one level with a walk in shower. Whether you're a film fanatic look for a high quality viewing experience or needing to recharge with the help of a local wellness practitioner, the Bothy offers a good nights rest in a beautiful rural setting.

Countryside Cottage at the foot of the South Downs

This detached, cosy “cottage” within a working farmyard location, is nestled in the South Downs National Park. It is the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the countryside, as it is recognised for its outstanding natural beauty. We want you to feel at home, and have equipped the cottage accordingly. We are located a stone’s throw from Goodwood and Cowdray, and forty minutes from the coast. The area is renowned for its excellent public footpaths, cycle trails and pubs.

14th Century Dairy

Nestled in the Surrey Hills, The Dairy is a self contained, self catering, 2 bedroom (with optional extra 3rd bedroom at additional charge) attached cottage. Set in the 14th century Manor grounds, The Dairy is cosy and retains the character of its past with exposed wood beams and stone walls. Enjoy the sounds of sheep grazing in the field, lunch at one of three local pubs and a plethora of fabulous country walks and biking trails on your doorstep.

The Cowshed, Midhurst

The Cowshed is within walking distance of the centre of Midhurst which lies at the heart of the South Downs National Park and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a wealth of walking opportunities. Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. Goodwood is a short drive away.

Half a mile up a track in the Surrey Hills, next to the Serpent Trail and a couple of 100 metres from the South Downs National Park, we feel like we are in the middle of nowhere, yet we can walk to the centre of Haslemere in 30 minutes.
