The bedding is new, from November 2024. 62 m ground floor apartment, large kitchen living room as well as an adjoining terrace, bathroom and separate toilet. Small, but comfortable and optimized, you will find a bedroom with a 160 bed, a small shower room, as well as a kitchen to prepare meals and breakfast in complete independence. Enjoy a covered terrace, or share our garden with us if you prefer. A very central location, but quiet gardens in the second row. A "walking distance" lifestyle.
