It is in a quiet area, a 5-minute walk from downtown and 10 minutes from the beach where you can enjoy 2 seawater pools. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. It has car access to the portal for loading and unloading only. The price includes the use of a closed garage for one car, 100 meters from the apartment, and Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace.

Caserío Aurrecoetxe

Aurrekoetxe is a typical Basque farmhouse in the Mañaria area that is over 300 years old. Located below Mount Mugarra, on its southern face, it is surrounded by nature adjacent to the Urkiola Natural Park and just 2 km from the urban center of Mañaria. I live with my mother and my two daughters aged 14 and 11 in the same building but with another separate entrance, respecting the privacy of the guests and our own. We'll be happy to help you with whatever you need.

The Ibarrondoa gîte is a beautiful 150 m2 bright gîte completely refurbished in the old barn of a traditional Basque farm. You will have supermarkets, restaurants, children's parks at your fingertips, etc... The apartment is fully equipped.
