Relax with the whole family in this year 2021 newly built cottage surrounded by meadows, and forest, only a short walk from Svenstorpssjön with a swimming area, possibility for fishing, and canoeing. The cottage has three bedrooms, two of which with double beds and the first with a bunk bed. The kitchen is has modern machines and is fully equipped. Laundry room is available with washing machine and dryer. The 54 sqm terrace with dining table and sun loungers has a serene view of a meadow where you can see deer grazing and hares shooting.

Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. Here there is no must-see, only serenity. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

Welcome to this amazing home overlooking Lake Svenstorps! Pets allowed. Garden fenced. In the middle of the Scanian wilderness surrounded by owls, cranes, martens, wild boar, deer, moose and hares. Fantastic fishing and swimming lake 15 meters from the house. Canoe, kayak, rowboat, life jackets, and bikes. Fast WIFI. Dishwasher. Beautiful hiking trails, around Svenstorpøen, Lake Bird Lake and Store Dust. Private terrace, small sandy beach and bathing jetty. Larger sandy beach 300 m away via a beautiful forest trail.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
