We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo in Sam Roi Yot. The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We drove there and found the parking to be easy and secure, which added to the convenience. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, offering a true escape from the city. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place.

Overall, this was an amazing place to stay—spacious and clean. We have previously stayed at La Casita twice, and this experience has been the best so far. The wardrobe was well-equipped with plenty of hangers, and we appreciated the clean sheets and bath towels. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement: > A dustbin in the living room would be helpful. > Providing shower gel would be nice, especially since we arrived at night without any, while the previous stays had included it. > A clean sponge for washing utensils is necessary; the one next to the sink was quite dirty. > The A/C in the bedroom wasn't cooling as effectively as expected. I'm unsure of the cause, but the living room A/C was fantastic, which helped a lot. Overall, I would definitely return to this place; it's a fantastic apartment in a great location. Great Location, neighbourhood is great. need transportation to get around. house is big with a great sized pool and alfresco area. Not far from the coast where you will find the beach, bars and restaurants. Won's bar is walking distance where you can rent a motorbike and there's a cheap Thai cook around the corner before the swamp with large portions and very cheap!!!

Lovely home, huge, clean and cute - perfect for 3-4 people. Pool was clean and big, living and kitchen area bright and airy. Comfy couch, bed. Overall very comfortable and fun stay. We stayed in all day one of the days and just enjoyed the house, pool, boating on the small lake. Anong was hospitable and provided everything we needed.

Usually reviews are given to emphasize the negative things. Well, that's where the problem lies. We, my wife and I have been thinking for 2 days what is negative about the house, the helpfulness and service by the landlords Oy and Ted. But no matter what we try, there is really nothing negative to think of. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Oy and Ted are every tenant's dream. The house: On arrival a full fruit bowl An abundance of all kinds of supplies, water, coffee, tea, cooking herbs etc. tissues (really everywhere), kitchen roll, even the detergent and laundry detergent was replenished, barbecue charcoal. We can't think of anything that hasn't been replenished. Everything is included. Top swimming pool. Oy comes to clean 1 x a week. Oy and Ted also know many nice places to eat, and get food. We were taken by them to a local market to eat . All in all, we can, and want to give Oy and Ted a huge compliment and a big hug for their top care. Thank you so much from us Femmie & John

The area is nice and relaxed. It’s close to the beach and there are several restaurants around. A huge advantage is the resort’s offer of free bicycles, which easily allow reaching the nearby shops like 7eleven, a bakery, etc. and also the local markets. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped - especially the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and perhaps return some day!

A truly wonderful AirBnB experience. Communication from the beginning was proactive, easy and welcoming. The house was amazingly clean, it is very well set up and welcoming - we felt comfortably at home immediately. The location is peaceful and relaxing yet very accessible to explore with many cafes and restaurants about. The co-host and her husband are great and helped use settle in and they were always available to help, offer advice and give suggestions. We do look forward to returning. With many thanks.
